Unlike with Teruyama, he and Kafka aren't clones but the real ones, because they died during the early chapters, while the real Teru is most likely alive somewhere. Kafka & Uten were brought back to life through something that is likely related to the Needless Hunt.

Anyway...

Well, isn't it obvious? The real Teruyama who hates Simeon more than anyone would never join their ranks.

And Kafka told Yamada that he would change the future, but more than change it would be better to say it was bound to happen eventually. For each member of Simeon that got killed, someone was there to collect the remains or a blood sample.

Indeed I haven't, I picked up the manga where the anime have left off. So you're saying all the events so far is consistent with what IMAI KAMI written 7 years ago? That isn't just a spinoff?

It's a long story, but to put in bluntly, when he was in Elementary School, Imai wrote the whole plot for the Needless story, and 1.5 is the prologue prior to the second part of it, just like Sacred Sword of the Reaper, the chapter featuring Blade & Seth, is the prologue prior to the first part.

Then again, many things have changed. Remember, Cruz, the main character of Needless, wasn't in the original version of Needless from the 90s. Some things have changed but pretty much that timeline does show there are plans for another Needless after this one, one that features the story of Cain and Adam Neuschwanstein (who we call ANn here, appropriate since Adam is a girl).

I'm hoping that Cain never actually appears in the main or new series. Whenever I go back to 1.5, I feel like I'm looking at Cruz, as Cain's personality seems very similar to the way Cruz was at the start of Needless. If he's going to be a character in 2, I hope Kami decides to change him a little.

^That's a good point you rise here.
If I remember correctly Cruz had not yet been created when Needless 1.5 was designed .
Which means it will be interesting to see what will the author do.
Beacuse (like you said) cant exist two characters with the same role and similar nature.
Now whatever the author has in mind, one thing is certain and that is that there is not way in the hell that two characters with the same role can exist in Needless 1.5.
For this I am really curious to see how the author will develop the story from now on .

This is a good point. Though we have never seen them fight together.

And I just can't avoid that my jaw drops on the floor for every time I see the last page of this chapter, the plottwist is just so unexpected it even makes you applaud.
