That's a very nice pic. The alternate hairstyles all look very good, somewhat surprisingly. I never thought a braided hair look would suit Kyouko well, but she actually wears it well here. Mami with a basic ponytail looks very nice, reminding me of Eri Ayase from Love Live. Sayaka's hairstyle, as well as her outfit here, has this sort of British charm to it for me. A little bit of pink looks good on Homura, which is probably appropriate given who she's most often romantically tied to.

Speaking of Madoka, I always liked her normal human form with her hair hanging loose. I think her standard twin-tails look is good as well, but the shoulder-length hanging loose look is nice for a change. Not much to say about Nagisa, except she looks good as well.
