Thanks for "Eternal Return" Here's the day and night shift of Dragon's Dogma in various places been fast forward. Capcom did a great job using MT Framework and the shadow and lighting of the day and night shifting is awesome, even the NPC has their own thing doing not just randomly walking. I really like how the maid goes to the dutches to deliver her food. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZeqRT332ng This is why I trust the Japanese Capcom development team more than the U.S. ones, when they really put an effort in a game it's truly great.

Finally finished it. It was fun, from start to finish. The battle with Grigori was probably the most memorable ones that I'll remember in the upcoming days. The moment when he roared with camera moving towards your character standing up with pawns jumping behind you was so freaking epic.
They should have expanded the time you spent after the dragon. The omen looking sky could have holden much more quests with some epic scenario.

I've just bought the game and so I'm pretty much still around the beginning trying to get the hand of things... Haven't even met the Duke yet even after arriving at the city 2 real-time days ago... >.>
And because of the No Fast Travel policy, I've pretty much could only do one quest each play session...=_=

@Crimson Cloud
agreed, there should have been more to the clouds and the sky diving and the multiple words that EverFall stretches out. @Chaos2Frozen Suggesting you take the strider first as a vocation, strider runs faster. It will be easier on your second playthrough DD going from place to place with port crystals. Also suggesting getting the DLC armors if your still at low levels it helps alot. Spoiler for Final Battle 2nd Play Through:

There is no need to rush, just play it slowly. If you're having a hard time just switch to another vocation during the game. The game can be pretty easy or pretty hard depending on what class you are.

After a few hours, that price will be nothing to you. Unless you're only going for the main story missions, but even then you will have plenty later. And you can buy ferrystones from Fournival for 10K. He usually has three, but restocks them after a while.

I thought at first money would be a problem in Dragons Dogma, but as soon as I was traveling and doing board mission quests the rewards are worth it. 5k up to 50k reward and XP to boot.
And yes first playthrough you should just finish it without spoilers or guides. Hints are ok and see the result. Also there is a trophy if you get accumulate 10,000,000 gold coins.

Well at the moment I'm not completing the quests fast enough to compensate the lost in expenses... Expenses being buying new gear for both me and my pawn not only as upgrades, but also a separate set for different vocations.
Thankfully at this point I'm able to sustain my life as well as the life of my party so I don't need to spend much on curatives.

After about 15 levels or so, I've switch out my Mystic Knight for an Assassin.
It seems I'm actually a rather impatient person, and Mystic Knight just takes too damn long to set up even half of my spells and enchantment. As an Assassin, I can just jump right into battle.

That's true because Mystic knights need to cast their spells first. It's like a sorcerer with a sword and shield, but if you did setup a good cast of spells 100% sure it's a a guarantee that it will pay off.
New helm downloads and quests and a special CapomUnity pawn, who is pretty useless.

Still, even after you set up everything, the duration in which a Mystic Knight stays awesome is rather short. But once stronger Bandit Archers came into the scene with their bows that easily out-ranged my cannons, I decided it was time for a change.
