So I got this ending:

I was getting kind of tired of all the people on /jp/ and #Ensue asking for help installing and fixing Chaos;Head, so I made an installer that
a) Can always be installed, even if you've screwed up on a previous install (or already have a patch installed)
b) Fixes the chapter 2 & 3 save bug and chapter 5 crash. Yes, this means this patch is crash- and save corruption-free.

Contains translated text (most of it is translated), translated CGs and translated video.

To use this patch:
(If you already have the game installed, skip to C.)

A - Install the game
Get the game from somewhere and install it somewhere. I'm not helping you to a torrent or serial, so find it yourself.

B - Crack it
(skip to C if your version is legal)
Copy the NoDVD patch (a .exe) to your Chaos;Head folder, overwrite the .exe that's already there.

C - Unzip
Unzip this stuff to the Chaos;Head folder.
DO NOT UNZIP "DO NOT TOUCH.RAR"!!

D - Read the readme.
Self-explanatory.

E - Run 'Antifail Installer.bat'
If you have the latest version of VSFilter, you can opt to use softsubs.

F - Play the game
Play the game in Applocale under 日本語 or use a Japanese non-unicode setting.

G - Stop spamming /jp/ with topics asking how to install
Also, point everyone who still asks for help to this file.

Credits go to the translation team for translating the game, TinFoil for creating the original patch, and whoever it was that uploaded nssver2.rar for mostly-working NSS files (still had to replace some, though).

That would be the A route (bad end). The AA route is supposed to be the good ending but I haven't played it yet (translation cuts back to Japanese around the first "Let Me Pass" phone call Taku gets).

To get AA route,

in chapter 10, answer 'yes', 'yes', 'no', 'no', 'no', and 'yes' to all questions after that. That's all there is to it. It adds one extra scene to A ending.

The translation doesn't 'cut back' to Japanese at that scene. It's just a small untranslated part. After that scene (and maybe the next), the game turns English again. IIRC, this is what happens during those two scenes:

Taku gets a voicemail message, and when played, it's just 'Let Me Pass', eventually turning into an ambulance-ish sound, and then just becoming noise. Taku assumes it's just a prank call.
The next scene, Ban and Suwa visit Taku's school to investigate. You learn nothing new, though, only that Taku is special.

At the O-FRONT roof scene, don't pick a delusion, and answer 'no' to all three question.

You will then be pushed off the roof and die.

It's broken in the translation patch, though; instead of immediately returning to the title screen, it keeps going on for a while and then returns to the title screen.

I need some help here. I'm being booted back to the main menu in a certain scene in Chapter 6

Spoiler for Specific Scene:

It's the part where Seira tells Takumi that if he were to fall, he would only have 3 seconds to manifest something to cushion his fall.

There was a trigger point around there, and after a few lines, I would get kicked back to the menu for no reason. I'm not using a walkthrough for my first playthrough, so could some of my previous decisions have caused this to happen?

EDIT: Okay, it's my fault. It turns out that it was supposed to go "BAD END" at that point, but some reason, it delayed the kick until the afermentioned trigger point. I now have the correct answer combination to continue.

I did the last 10 questions exactly as stated in the previous post but yet it still does not seem to work.

So if anyone can upload their saves files from their c:document and settings/owner/application data/nitroplus/chaos;head/1.00 folder that would be great

I really would appreciate if some one can upload the AA ending cause thats the only one I am missing right now.

Maybe it's just you. I managed to get the AA route despite the fact that I didn't use the walkthrough at all EXCEPT for the yes/no sequences in CH6 and CH12.

However, you're on XP, I'm on Vista, and that's only the beginning of my problems. I can't even find my Saya no Uta saves, much less the Chaos;Head saves.

They're in a hidden folder in your Application Data... so just turn on Hidden folders

I am on vista as well and i tried answering the last 10 question exactly as it said yes yes no no no yes to rest
it just dont work
so i wont know what to do

for vista
this is the path:
C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Nitroplus\CHAOS;HE AD

this xxxxxx should be replaced with what ever user name you have for your vista window login.
its a folder called 1.00 in there just rar or zip it up and upload it some where
it shouldn't be too big.

The AA route appear just like the A route, only that it adds an extra scene just before the end.

Got a question. Which song is supposed to play for Ending AA? Is it Kanako Ito's "Desire Blue Sky"? If it is, then I'm gonna upload the save. If it ISN'T, then I'm gonna have to go through the entire game AGAIN.

Speaking of which, does anyone have a save file which leads to the B route? This game's interesting delusion system has the annoying side effect of making it impossible to skip scenes without skipping choices at the same time. Which means in order to get to the B route I'd have to go through the entire game again without fast forwarding through things I've already read. And according to the walkthrough/script files I've seen, the differences only show up near the end. Unfortunately, I'm not nearly patient enough for that.
