Just finished watching this film out of curiosity. Plenty of knife kills to keep the COD fanboys happy, and it's neat having an anti-hero like Kono, who in some respects reminds me of a moe version of Hannibal Lecter. However, her habit of waiting for an opportunity to strike while people are getting beat up is probably not a good thing in most respects.
A few questions though: Spoiler:

On the whole, I liked it. But it didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I mean, it's nice that you can turn sunflowers into meat, but leveraging that into world domination?
Kono was interesting. Reminded me of the protagonist of "I am not a serial killer". Mio had brains, Myao had brawn and skills... but it's Kono who won the fights through sheer ruthlessness. |

It was strongly implied. We saw him unbuttoning her shirt, Kono started crying, and then the camera switched to a shot of the moon. When we got back to them, Kono had not only stopped crying but she remained expressionless while she listened to the guy's apologies. Something obviously happened for her behavior to change so radically. She seemed like a normal girl before.
