Thank god........for sweet Code Geass, a nice B-day present, only 3 days late but I'll be watching the RAWs.

So, since epi 24 and 25 are gonna air in July...I wonder when the 2nd season will start up....I really hope it premiers in October '07.

Thanks Toua, I didn't have any idea that it was scheduled for Autumn '07.......brillant news....we will probably know the specifics after the private/special screenings on the 21st and 22nd July '07 in Osaka and Tokyo respectively.

Yes, finally! Thanks for the news. That black screenshot looks like a Korean version of MOON PHASE and it is. I just checked MOON PHASE and indeed it has the same information. Can't wait!

Iblard Jikan

From Animenation

Buena Vista Japan now hosts a streaming trailer for Studio Ghibli's OVA adaptation of painter Naohisa Inoue's illustrations of his fantasy world of Iblard. Inoue's Iblard art inspired the fantasy sequences in Ghibli's film Whisper of the Heart. The Iblard Jikan OVA will go on sale in Japan on July 4th.

The trailer is available for 56k, 500k, and 1mb Windows Media viewing and 56k and 500k Real Media format.

Hero Tales

The official Japanese homepage for the upcoming Jyushin Enbu -Hero Tales- anime television series is now online. The original fantasy action series will premier this fall. The anime will be animated by Studio Flag (Naruto, Galaxy Angel), and directed by Teizokurei Daydream OVA series director Osamu Sekita. Fullmetal Alchemist creator Hiromu Arakawa provides original character designs, and will draw the manga adaptation, which will premier in August.

Revised Death Note Anime Announced

The official homepage for the recently concluded Death Note anime television series reports that the series will be re-broadcast this summer in prime-time ("Golden Time"). The series originally aired on Tuesdays at 1 AM. According to Mantan Web, the prime-time re-broadcast will include new scenes created specifically for the new broadcast.

Does anyone know of any plans to ever do a full series of Yokohama Kaidashi Kiko? Have just discovered the manga of this (thanks to the folks at Cafe Alpha), and watching the 2002 OAV just whets the appetite for what a full season of 26 episodes could do with the series. I've been searching through this thread, but I've only seen mention of YKK in reference to other series...
