Is there a way to not cut the screen (subtitle) using nero ? I found out Nero is a much more easy and less time Dvd edit burn, but I cant seem to fix the subtitle screen getting cut. I know TMPGEnc Can help that, but the .avi files I m trying to burn TMPGEnc can't add it dont know why. I would love any suggestions thank you.

If I am understanding you correctly, that is not NeroVision cutting the subtitles off the picture. That is your TV overscan simply not displaying the full picture. Check out the 'Convert AVI/MKV/MP4 to DVD' thread for more info on the subject, and possibly better way to re-encode to DVD.

You'd pretty much have to resize the original file and reencode, then transcode in VisionExpress. I don't really bother personally, don't see the point. Humans are quite capable of reading sentences with random letters missing, so reading subs that are partially cut off screen isn't exactly hard.
