the guy looks like the char from ichigo 100% but i recently watched the anime so maybe its from the ovas? just guessing

Ok where to start, eh well it was a anime I watching on VHS with dub I believe(yea not even sure if thats correct or not-__-)
Starts off with some kid thats really good computer stuff. Some game thing he's really good at so is recruited to do something for some big company.
There are mechas that trun into bike thingies or the other way around, that are also used for hacking into the internet thing they got.
Well he goes to find or stumbles across a girl in a cryotube thingie underneath the city(it's a far furture setting where people live in big cities cause of the polluted surface but actually it's not so polluted anymore)
They escape the city and go to some old ruins and find stuff or chit chat about stuff.

Thats all I can remember

I was just curious if anyone knew who the Zomganime.com anime girl was, or if she is an original character? I like her outfit a lot and I'm thinking of cosplaying her/checking out the series that she's from if she's from one.

I took a screen of a LJ post which supposedly had animes to be aired this year, but some were proven to be fake... So I was wondering, if the one I took interest in was a fake too...
