Yeah, I forgot about it ending on 'umm'. And it looks like it starts right after she says that, too. I bet they did just randomly cut out sections from one larger thing to make each episode. We'll see how this one ends, though.

This week's episode felt MUCH more natural and immersive. Pacing was a lot better as well.

It's overrrrrr.

They got Mikuru's degrading costume, shot the commercials for the film, Haruhi whipped everyone again like she always does, and then they began shooting the first fight scene in the film with the guns.
And the backgrounds were moving again and we saw more of Kyon's classmates.

Spoiler for Sighs II:

Kyon accidentially referred to plug suits, wah, not NGE again.

Mikuru -> Yuki shooting scene was bloody downplayed. I excepted bullets firing, Yuki switching her stick lightspeed, it went offscreen instead.

Episodes of Sighs are cut at completely random places, making it feel more like a movie itself, with weekly interruptions.

Twice during the episode I felt the cold glare of Endless Eight -- once at square before the station and the second time at shooting of commercicals. I thought "Hey, we saw this already, from another angle... OH WAIT".

Nice episode overall.
