That's very true, at least next time they are honest next time I would find it very unlikely that anyone would truly find the next episode worth the lowest score, unless the animators totally ruin it, which is also very unlikely. It's incredibly lame to see trolls voting 0 without even watching the show or just to show how much they hate the series, that beats the purpose of the poll imho.

After watching this episode, this came to mind:
Hokage Election Date. Sandaime: Well my dear family, we select the new Hokage, and we got two candidates for the position, Orochimaru and Hanzo. Tell us Oro what was your lastest action to help the village? Oro: I stole the First Hokage stem cells....and created a baby clone that maybe work....could work...needs further studies...ohh and 99 failed baby bod...experiments. Sandaime: Ok Oro...good job...how about you Danzou?? Danzou: I made plans to stabilize the Hidden Rain Village, add it as an ally, and help us set a buffer zone against the Rock and the Sand. Sandaime: Ohh that's great!! In fact I just received the report of that mission....the Anbu army we sent was whipped out.....Hanzou lost a whole army and is having heavy internal resistance...Rock and Sand ninjas are infiltrating the land of Fire...and a Rinnengan user killed half of the Recon Squad... Sandaime: Well, you have heard the facts. Time to vote. 1 minute later... Sandaime: X.x That was fast...and the results are:....well, it is unanimous....I go as hokage for another 8 years. |

Any episode that has Jiraiya gets at *least* an 8 by default.
This entire episode was treated with respect. Great pacing of the story, great animation - seeing Nagato's "We're SO having buttsex. You'll be the catcher and I'll be the pitcher, whether you want to or not" face was awesome, scary, and a little erotic. All jokes aside, great, great episode. I know I'll be watching it again sometime.

The intro was badass that's for sure!! I mean just Orochimaru with his great dodging and pretty cool balance right before he jumped again looked simply great. Knowing that...Orochimaru right there would eat Kakashi alive. The Sannin.... i miss them already.
I might've been the only one who hoped that they would team up just one more time... to face a great threat.

^That's not a spoiler question (since it was answered back during the Jiraiya v. Pain match). And yes, Hanzou was killed (years after this episodes encounter) by Pain (supposedly just one of the Pain bodies, but that was never confirmed).
