The ED picture has both Mukuro and Junko in its latest update iirc.

Also two fun things in this episode that seems to be skimmed over by you guys:
Hagakure has a second crystal ball
Celes did not adapt at her school life at all judging by those photos, unless she swims and do TnF in those clothes.

Change from the anime but actually: Makoto had no idea how to open the storage units (in fact, he went in the bio lab twice: first he discovered it serves as a morgue, and returned a while later, stumbling on Sho).
In fact, Mukuro's corpse storage unit was supposed to be already open when Makoto found Touko/Sho unconscious.

There isn't really any indication how that storage unit could be open. some possibilities:
1) Touko opened it by chance
2) Junko left it open on purpose
3) Something unexpected happened, forcing Junko to leave the bio lab in haste and wasn't locked as result.

I listed the other change on the first post btw.

That would be awkward if she did, although it can't be ruled out that some shots of Celestia may exist where she wasn't wearing her lolita outfit.

There is one picture where she wears sport clothes, though it is not even shown in the game and you have to unlock it.
As for who took it: Either a teacher or Kirigiri's father.

SDR2, the sequel, has tons more plot twists than DR1. DR0 features major spoiler characters from SRD2. Hence I will recommend reading it last.
Nah, you should read zero before went to SDR2, DR0 is supposed to be set-up to SDR2. By playing SDR2 first, you'll get free spoilers of most DR0 event from Monokuma

Pick one.

Read DR0 first. Learn a major plot twist of SDR2. Even more major then if you read DR0 before DR1, first appearance of Junko and Monokuma - "hey that's Mukuro and Junko!."

Play SRD2 first. When reading DR0, "oh this is what happens."

A prequel story vs sequel game to the first, which is longer and have more twists.

Which would you prefer to spoil yourself first?

I watched the episode just for the unveiling of Enoshima Junko as the mastermind. I was not disappointed. She was every bit as hammy and fabulous as I expected her to be.

Super psyched for the next episode!

I think Enoshima Junko just revealed her identity intentionally... she shouldn't hand off those photos

well, it seems like she's not genius as she proclaimed... She should show more her ability in next episode... or Kirigiri and Naegi are going to kick her out....
Still waiting for Togami's action... I didn't like there are 3 passive people in the trials...

Junko did leave many hints on purpose right from the get go. It isn't just the pictures, but tons of stuff she has done as Monokuma that allowed them to connect the dots.

There even were times when Monokuma was basically like "Here is a hint, please catch on to the fact that this is a hint, you guys really suck at this, don't you?" (not exact words)

Junko did say that she was waiting so long for people like them when she revealed herself, indicating she was looking forward to that moment.

You mean about their general situation not about her identity, or did I miss something?

General situation, and some about her identity (insisting only students were alive, the pictures, the fact she didn't dipose the corpses, or at least Mukuro's etc).

Well this happened only very recently apart the corpses which however couldn't be checked until very late.

I suppose she left hints to identify her own identity especially the fact that she didn't even replace the clothes her sister was wearing but only from the beginning of the last crime.

Actually, Renchan is right, DR0 is supposed to be read (I'd even say required) before playing SDR2. Simply because it contains setup for SDR2 and introduces some key concepts that the game gives just the bare minimum of required exposition on, making it seem that they kinda came out of nowhere, not to mention that it's just not enough for the full impact (and about what twist exactly are you talking about? The book doesn't spoil anything major from SDR2, let alone "even more major then if you read DR0 before DR1".) Reading DR0 before playing SDR2 is most certainly the proper way to experience the story.

I'm not buying into that "only one proper way to experience the story" bs. I have little interest in reading the expanded materials, but I don want to play the second game. And that is what I am going to do. And I am not going to feel cheated or incomplete or w/e. Do you have to read all of the expanded universe material so you can understand Star Wars?

Well, as I've said, in the book Kodaka set up a lot of important plot points from SDR2 (the book also explains some of the handwaved parts of DR1 endgame, so it's also a nice complement to DR1). You can play SDR2 without reading DR0, but the game summarizes introduced in the book concepts in just a few sentences, so you most likely will feel that these concepts abruptly came out of nowhere.
