Yes...It's time for another set of...Single Music REVIEWS!! This time it's... Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai ED3+4 - Horaism 1. Horaism Woah...more imouto goodness? Count me in! XD But then this is more of a ballad. Umm...wait. Wow. That imouto voice can fit in any kind of voice. O.o It can make any song good. Horaism is another example. (first being Shine!). But to be safe, I won't think the ballad-haters will like this. Okay? 2. Shiori Kokoro Wait, who is this now? Wait...*checks Wikipedia* wha?! It's that "fake" yandere, Ayase Aragaki. This song, is a bit more on the techno plus creepy tone song (something like...vortex sound? you should know what I mean.) which perfectly fits her for some unknown reason . I don't hate this song, but at the same time, I don't necessarily love it, that IS until you get to the chorus, where things get up. =D

Well, I've finally gotten around to reviewing Ore no Imouto's soundtrack over at my usual hideout.
In hammering out what the pluses and minuses are, first off, it's clear that this is the first Satoru Kousaki album that I felt was definitely enjoyable outside of context. The melodies were solid and engaging, Kousaki delivers up with a lot of melodic development, and there isn't so much minimalism as before. Also, who could turn away from the Meruru theme song? That's one of the most memorable themes that's popped up so far. The bad? Well, it's just not all that memorable. None of the songs have a really catchy melodic hook to reel me in, so it kinda suffers in that respect. If you'll ask me whether or not the music's good, the answer is a solid yes. But as to whether it's memorable, definitely not!

Shiori Kokoro's full version is everything I had hoped for , I freaking love it XD. It was worth the rather long wait even.
And the full version Horaism was surprising good, as I didn't remember that ED in the episode actually being that good, but the song on CD is a pretty good song, though pales in comparison to Shiori Kokoro still .

The first time it played was the cut in at the end of Ep1 and "holy *snap*" I fell in love with the song. A more fitting song couldn't have been written for this series. The first line perfectly summarizes kirino and the overall plot. And thumbs up to ClariS for their debut as professional singers with a bang.

Does anyone know if/when the full version of the Meruru song is gonna be released?
Dunno why, but I find that song HIGHLY addictive... bit like how mi mi miracle mikurun run is stupidly addictive.
