If I recall correctly (someone correct me if I'm mistaken) In DVD special 8, which is set during the hot-spring relaxation, Natsuki asks Mai why she disapeared all of a sudden. Mai explains that she was given a choice to become a meister for the familly that had sponsored her, or become one of the five collums. The trick was that Mai had already agreed to become a meister for the familly before the offer to become a collum was given. That, and her real goal to become an Otome was to help her little brother. Mai decided to take a walk to decide wat to do, and kept walking and walking and walking untill she, well, got lost and fell into one of Mikoto's traps.

if i'm not mistaken, in mai hime natsuki told mai her age was actually 17yo due to 1 yr absent from school due to some accident i guess. does that mean she's the same age with shizuru?or still shizuru older than her? mai is suppose to be 15 or 16 ? sorry for silly questions.

I think the song your looking for is called "pink dance" by Yuki kajiura and you should ask in the mai-hime/otome music thread if your looking for more songs of both series

No figures for any of those. The Dream Box includes the Fan Disc as well as both Soushuuhen DVDs. That's it. The Fan Disc was pretty empty this time around. It only had My-Otome related commercials, a clean opening (the first one), music videos, all the My-Otome episode previews, a short segment showing Arika's cameo in episode 26 of My-HiME, as if nobody already saw it before, a summary of the radio talk show, and a materialise segment. No interviews.

The My-Otome summary disc has no new things except an upgraded 5.1 surround track. The Zwei summary disc has an extra 4-minutes of footage at the end.

Well it depends on individual preferences. To me it is not worth it. Although it's nice that the summary discs are also sold separately for those people who don't want to buy the whole box.

Possibly, though I doubt many of them would be found out and would bother to apply to Garderobe anyways.

Presumably just a random child. Miyu mentions in episode 23 that she knows nothing about Mashiro.
