It's a eroge when there's a Arthurian legend genderbent, as we see in the PV. A web game adaptation of this is released.

Uh, no, Gueneviere is now a FABULOUS man without an inner tunic to show his chiseled body. Think Diao Chan of Koihime, thankfully more reserved.
