Golgo13 has some women, but it's mainly women he screws over, so it's pretty manly.

Jin Roh has a woman as co-star, but I can endorse this one nevertheless. The story is quite dark and there re some really shocking scenes too (in a good sense shocking, not violence for the sake of gore).

Forget about 'Tytania', it is crap compared to 'LotGH', better watch the new Gaiden episodes that are out.

I just watched the first episode of Strait Jacket... I was surprised to find it had an adut male protagonist. Whaddaya think? It's only 3 epis long anyways, so I doubt there's much room for romance or fanservice... It's rather gory though...

You know, if you weren't requesting an anime, I would've recommended you a manga called Toriko. It's about people hunting food to eat and it's also a fantasy genre where you'll see meals that'll make you hungry. It's also a shonen and no women/children in sight, maybe because the author was a convicted sexual predator but you wouldn't be disappointed.
