There was a PV for Mega Edition (Cam-shot version) on Nicodouga...

A little change in character design ((' 3')~arue? oji-san is now more manly?).
The characters in anime OP are now normal form, not chibi anymore.
It seems each new character has two weapons.

I'm glad that they changed Hanyuu's sleeves back to the color they should be. In the first they made them white (like her design in the Alchemist games)... but it looks so plain to me. Pink sleeves suit her much better imo. =w=

Do you mean the PC version of the game? Cause in the original portable version her sleeves were pink/red-ish colored.

They changed it back to pink for this game (which is the original color). Her sleeves were pink in the PC version too.

I booted up my copy just to double check and you're right. My bad. xD;

I could've sworn they were pink/red-ish.

Either my memory sucks or I just don't pay enough attention.

I need to get a PSP so that I can get this new game... I've only ever played a few minutes of Higurashi Daybreak (because my computer kept crashing when I played it) and those few minutes were heaven. =w=

While I've had no probs running Daybreak on my XP partition, I've been running into sluggishness on my Win7 side... any ideas? I have a fairly high-end PC.

Mega Edition has released in Japan today!

If you're wanting to import the Limited Box edition and haven't pre-ordered it yet then make sure to order it ASAP.

I've receieved word this morning that my copy has been shipped, so when it gets here in about 2-3 weeks I'll post my thoughts.~

Probably coincidential but I was looking at http://hidebu.wikiwiki.jp/ translated with Google Translate, and saw a number of mentions of mackerel.

I got my limited mega edition today. Feel free to ask any questions about it, I will try to answer as well. thing force me to update which was causing me to wait till my battery is full, damn my insistent FF dissidia playing

Once I have some time to figure out how with the new update, I will start posting vids of the game. I should have really upgrade my brick PSP by now >_<

As for win 7 problem, make partition for win xp.

Acctually all the stories are new considering the overall plotline has changed. It's not about magatamas anymore, but a mirror that reflects the desires of who look into it. (That's how Satoshi appeared after Shion/Satoko looked into it. Same deal with Okonogi and Miyo.)

Anywho, I got my copy today as well cooincidentally. I'm playing through the stories right now (though I really whish I could understand it), and from what I've experienced, there are a few new things to list.

The soundtrack is completely remixed songs from the previous installments of the game as well as some new tunes, also there is a new arena which is the baseball field outside Okinomiya school.

You do get a few bonuses for transferring over data from the original Daybreak Portable, but I couldn't understand what they were. xD;

Another nice new feature is the presence of a data install option that the last one lacked, so it will reduce the painfully long loading times by about 20-25 seconds.

Lastly, the only problem is that you have RE-OBTAIN EVERYTHING EVEN IF YOU TRANSFERRED DATA FROM THE ORIGINAL GAME. Though this "can" be considered a good thing as it adds some replay value.
