C.C. got them out? She got them in after all.

And what the hell can Schneizel have up his sleeve that can allow him to forfeit the throne to Lelouch ?
Nuclear weapons, and plenty of them.

After watching the sub, I have to say I liked it. I certainly don't agree with all the harsh criticism the episode is getting. Though I wish there was more Kaguya <3.

If all you need was a code to get in/out, there was no need for Charles to look so shocked in the previous ep.

Good point...<.<
Hmm... Well, wasn't Marianne fiddling with something outside the entrance? Maybe they fixed it enough so they could get out or something... <.<'
Or it was a plot device... yeah...

Maybe he didn't know. After all, it wouldn't be the first time V.V. lied to him.

I don' think Lelouch destroyed the exit for good, he more or less just deactivated it only to have Marianne and C.C. to open it up again in this episode.

Marianne (as Anya), and C.C. fixed the gate to get in.

I can't wait tilil Emperor Lelouch announces his first speech to the world. I think it'll be better than the previous successor of "Mankind Is Not Equal."

Buuuut those are just cliche ideas ingrained by countless other cliche animes and movies into my head, and from what I've seen up till now, clicles don't exist in Code Geass.

I didn't expect that Marianne was also someone as ruthless and uncaring as the Emperor. Everything was so sudden... as the anime progresses towards the ending, the twists in the plot become more and more unexpected and surprising. After watching the anime up till now, to tell the truth, I won't be surprised at all if Suzaku betrays Lelouch for some reason and kills him. Or if it turns out that Nunally is alive but then she gets killed somehow.

I tell ya, either everyone will die, or Lelouch and/or C.C will stay alive at the end with all of their friends killed.
prolli cuz the big bad wolf (boss) is schneizel and co *sigh*, the way they ended it...it made it look like schneizel was the good guy...

season 3 - Schneizel of the Rebellion!!!

Why is it that people need this episode spread out over like 5? Was it too complicated for you? Too much info to handle??

If you have trouble with it, let me know (and not just "it felt too fast"), gimme reason why you don't understand

I wonder how Lelouch got Suzaku on his side. ...Possibly with the position of Knight of One?

Probably due to that little month timeskip. They probably straighten out all the issues and came to agree on a plan.

I thought it was obvious. Perhaps you haven't watched Code Geass in its entirety; such as R1 and R2. Given to the speed and flow that we are accustomed to, it is rather rediculous that this and last episode went Metal Gear Solid 4 on us. But hey, at least I think I'll see the same fate for Detective Conan as well.

Suzaku is Lelouch's Knight of Zero.

yeah it is a bit fast paced, and a bit rushed, but the poitn was trying to pull off that cliffhanger (well eh)...

and to answer the whole u just need a code thing? Anya (marianne) and C.C. DID NOT FIX THE DEVICE to get in, instead, C.C. used her code. BUT the reason Charles freaked out is because and perhaps he knew C.C. lost her memory/ so it's possible that C.C. won't get them outa ydayada yada...u know?

and im not sure if anyone else saw my last post, but does anyoen get the feeling like schneizel is being made a good guy in a way?

and the ironic part is, how charles wants to remove all the masks in the world, but isn't he placing a huge ass mask on the whole world by going through with the ragnorak?

The World of C/Sword of Akasha thing isn't hard to understand. It's exactly the same as Christian Heaven/Paradise - Chuck was going to kill everyone on Earth and take them to a "better world" where humans lose the ability to keep secrets. In Chuck/Mary's view, it's Heaven, but Lelouch pointed out it's no different from Heck and Chuck/Mary have been deluding themselves into thinking they're being selfless, when they're just using it as an excuse to shirk their responsibilities to the present. It's a very childish mentality.

Sort of appropriate I guess that Marianne was portrayed as a schoolgirl.
