It's a reference to the original series, it happened in the Poseidon arc (and the game is also based on Poseidon).

That doesn't look like the Pegasus cloth. This armor seems closer to a scale.

Yeah, about that... Shouldn't Kouga and Ryuho's cloths be overpowered? And I don't mean just a little bit above any other Bronze.

They've got Athena's blood on them. And previous Gold Saints' blood. If not by raw power, they should at least have enough durability to not break so easily as they have.

Meh, both ND (the canon) and LC (the non-canon) broke the connection anyway as in both instances Tenma had a much better Pegasus cloth but passed down a crappy one to Seiya, so it's not something even worth dwelling on. I mean we all know Saint Seiya franchise is not really one to bother about consistency if "it's looks cool!" so why lose sleep over it?

If you really care about it in ND Shun already said that after fulfilling its mission the god cloth returns to being normal bronze cloth, and you can probably further argue that now the clothes got a remade due to the new elements and cloth stone stuff they again lost the magic power given to them in the previous war.

Is there any source that says the female Gold Saint is Gemini? Because everywhere i go says that she is a Gemini, granted i'm not a devoted SS fan but just wondering if there's any definite proof or hint for this

That actually looks like a pretty decent fighter. Why couldn't Namco Bandai have designed the Accel World game like that considering the entire premise is that it's a fighting game? Namco Bandai sometimes your decisions confuse me when it comes to your anime tie-in games. So inconsistent.
