I believe that is the main girl from the first FMA ps2 game. She is totally separate entity from both the anime and the manga versions.

Her appearence was in the first Full Metal Alchemist game. (The Broken Angel). She will not have a appearence in the anime (unless the writers are desprate!) I am unsure of her name. Also, she will be making a second appearence in the second game.
