Today is the friday 13th. I wonder if anyone has paraskavedekatriaphobia?

Triskaidekaphobia is a fear of the number 13 in general.

paraskavedekatriaphobia- a specific fear of Friday the 13th

Not at all. It's no more likely that bad things will happen today than on any other day. Sometimes I like to joke about it, but nothing especially bad ever happened to me on a Friday the 13th. I really find it an amusing concept that I should be afraid of those days. Like today for example. I got back yesterday from vacation, and the first thing I want to do is to go and see my girlfriend. We joked that we should leave it until another day, in case we break up because of Friday the 13th. I don't think that's really gonna happen.

That alone would be a reason to call it a lucky day...

In general I think friday the 13th is like every other day. Not quite... its the day before weekend, and that is always something good

As for me as well, nothing bad happened. It's a night now, kind of freaked me out though ><..... damn, im going to have a nightmare when i get to sleep T_T

There was a TV series called Friday the 13th, a long time ago. About a shop that collect cursed antique items. It was quite fun to watch. ^^

Well, there's no reason to be afraid of Friday the 13th....except when you watch The Grudge 2, yeah, that would be a different story.

and for anyone who wants to know why some asian ppl fear the number 4 its because when it is said out, the pronounciation of the number sounds really close to "death" thats why it thought of as unlucky ^_^
