I need a suggestion for a good manga, action manga if possible, its needs to have an interesting plot and interesting abilities

Eden: It's an Endless World

It has plenty of action, sex, drugs, politics, religion, violence, guns, swords, explosions, special forces, ninja-like operatives, wet-work, androids, cybernetic enhancements, and has a deep story to boot that covers a couple decades over the length of its story. It's also completed, so you don't have to deal with catching up and then angsting over infrequent releases to find out where the story is going. Things get a little new agey for me at the end, but it's a long-running series, and most of it is a fantastic action-scifi-drama that more than any other manga, I'd love to see animated by Production I. G (though it's so long, it'd likely take several years worth of seasons).

Fullmetal Alchemist should be on everyone's list

Claymore are good action series.

I will strongly recommend Rosario+Vampire manga. It might look silly and childish at first but things really pick up later and artwork becomes a real beauty to look at.
MC also grows up a lot and abilities are interesting as well.
The only warning, it is a bit ecchi.
It has 2 seasons. Season 2 is still in progress and has a lot of great stuff happening.
