Hmm... Well, it was also hinted in the post-battle A's to Strikers manga during the discussion of the 3 Aces. Nanoha said, "I think that Reinforce-san's thoughts and strength have been fused with Hayate-chan's."
Still, I hope no harm comes to Hayate if this is indeed true.

It's been ten years though, and we've yet to hear about any harmful effects to Hayate (asides from the TSAB's problems in containing her power

well both are nice sub, and they are merely the same, except few things (the most obvious term i noticed was Subaru's special Skill : yesy's translation was "Break Road", while nanoha's is "Link Road", which makes more sense)
i prefer nanoha's editing and font, but meh, that's only for aesthetic and grammar preferences, any of them is fine.

oh well... it sounds to be unavoidable for most cases (CG is a good example : sunrise added some serious english, but their romajization of the characters names is often awkard
