That's correct. I was never too good at these things though, I was hardly ever able to find anything in Where's Waldo.

I need to remind everyone that we prefer that the waifu battles take place in the DD social group so that this thread doesn't go horribly off-topic.

Holy cow! I didn't even know there was social group forums for some series. How do you get to them for different series? I don't even know how to get to the Dog Days one besides that link.

Not all the episodes are available yet in 720p and 1080p, huh? And if that is the case, what is the best version to get that is available now? The DVD version? That has the best image quality? That should be the one to get because of the improved animation, right?

I haven't watched the series yet and I wanna watch it before season 2 starts.

The FFFPeeps Dog Days DVD batch I DL'ed have all the episodes at 720p. That should be satisfactory for a quick watch

Is it worth downloading anime that is at 1080p, or is 720p almost as good but with significantly lower file sizes? I hear there isn't much of a difference between anime in 1080p and anime in 720p.

Unless you plan on playing your anime on large-screen TV's, 1080p is generally a waste of filesize. For most monitors, 720p gives you the best image quality for its filesize.

Anime itself rarely has noticeable differences between 720p and 1080p unless you have an eye for it. It will give you larger high quality screenshots though, but generally don't bother with 1080p.

I figure you mean "generally don't bother with 1080p".
