Spoiler for Mikan chan!!! <3:
Ehm... that's probably because Rental Magica is a new anime, and those pictures were probably drawn earlier this year

Hmm... I have other things to do after the midterm that won't allow me to be at school to vote, however I did reserve my vote code.

I'm going to have to ask fellow Rika supporters to PM me for the vote code. Nagi's a lovable tsundere, but Rika gets points for being a strong character, a miko, and sympathy moe for all she has to go through in the series. And Nagi beat Konata too, j/k!

Best of luck to both characters!

Looks like it'll be an active battle for the championship. Everyone seems really hyped up and giving it their all on both sides.

My vote with a little "poem" dedicated to Rika and to all the Hinamizawa/Okinomiya Alliance.

well the Hinamizawa/Okinomiya Alliance is dedicated enough to "break fate" but are the japanese voters thinking the same way ?

The odds are pretty balanced, I expect a victory for Nagi from the japanese side, but as for the foreign side I expect a huge Rika support.

And judging from last confrontations, foreign votes usually decided everything, because the elevens are too divided too decide for their own.

Well if you wanted an answer to that wouldn't it be faster to ask them?

Just need enough japanese on side for the people to unite on this side of the ocean on Rika's side to push it over the top. Nothing to be done about the people in Japan. It's the Rika fans over there that have to handle things. Only thing we can do here is focus on our side of it.

I just can't tell from the available data. I do know that it wasn't Suiseiseki, because Fate went out in the round of 32, and Suiseiseki's opponent that round was Shana.

Spoiler for Best Moe 2006 bracket (incomplete):

But enough of the past. Carry on, folks!

Age-wise 13 can be considered not loli anymore, but Nagi looks loli, though in the anime she has been slightly delolified compared to the manga.
Most fanarts draw her loli though.

Quoted for truth, in the manga she is much more loli. But well... the anime artists and animators are not the same as the mangaka, therefore slight changes are usually obvious when a manga goes anime.

I don't think the definition of loli is dependent on age and more on how they're depicted. They are usually depicted as youthful and flat-chested, which is the way Nagi is depicted.

Yutaka from Lucky Star can be considered loli, but she's well above this hypothetical cutoff age of 13 that you've imposed.

youthful: What does that means? O.O

and also, not all flat-chested girls are considered loli.

But yeah I get your point, Nagi IS loli, I think the real issue here is that Nagi is not AS loli AS Rika, but still, she'll a full-fledged Loli, whereas she has 13 or 18 or whatever years.

Basically, they have childish features and don't look like they've matured into a teenager.

But most loli's are flat-chested. Having oppai is instant disqualification from being a loli.
