I was thinking about starting a Hanjuku Joshi thread while the second volume was being scanlated, but I never did. It's such an awesome manga that it's kind of sad it doesn't have one, but it would probably die quickly without new releases. Has it been confirmed if the second volume was the last one?

I don't know if it was absolutely confirmed, but awareness should be raised. Even though it's far from the best (plotwise) manga I've ever read, Hanjuku Joshi is probably one of the most satisfying yuri manga I've ever read.

Minimal drama? Check.

Cute artwork? Check.

Actually has yuri? Big check.

It's ultra moe so I could see someone who isn't generally into yuri liking it, other than that I don't know. This manga is pure ecchi after all.

I really wish it went longer like one volume or two. It seems the max number of volumes Ichijinsha is willing publish for is 3 which makes me a little worried about the other yuri titles (like Creo the Crimson Crises; the plot and setting seriously has far more potential on becoming epic beyond your usual yuri romance).

I'm thinking of adding a "shoujo" tag considering it almost followed its conventions and it's published with a Yuri Hime label.

So it's finally over, and I have to say it was a fun ride. Pretty much every chapter was entertaining and lighthearted and it's definitely nice to have a yuri manga that really delivers on the sex.

With the help of Yukio's female (possibly harem) maids, she disguised herself as one of the maids so she can gain access to Yukio's room. The two are finally reunited. Operation complete! On another note, there seems to be a running gag of Komari having to strip down into her underwear in front of a bunch of pretty girls! __________________

On another note Komari recognize the room she was held in holding. Hmmmm...... __________________
