Blood shield (kekkei genkai)

The blood shield jutsu is an inherited technique passed down through the (unknown) Clan. The jutsu works in a rather gruesome way, as the ninja must either cut their arms open, or be cut in order for the jutsu to work without risking serious injury. The jutsu itself allows the user to use their chakra to magnetize the iron in the blood (which is unusually high in this clan), and can wield and manipulate it in any way, forming darts, blades, but is particularly used as a means of defense, as the blood on the arm will merge into a kind of sleeve of iron, allowing it to be used like a shielding gauntlet. Of course, as the risk of severe bleeding is very high, the jutsu is preferred to be used as a last resort by the clan, and is often left unused. It should also be noted that about 1 in 10 family members in the clan are unable to feel pain, which had been known to lead to ghastly injuries, severe hemmoraging, and even death through carelessness by the painless users.

There you go, a serious jutsu from me for a change. Let me know what you think, if you feel like it.

could i use that with my ketsueki clan(they use their blood in jutsus in the exact same way go back to like 34 35 or 36 and u should see them somewhere)

Sure. If you see any of my non-character jutsu you like, you're more than welcome to use them. All I ask is that don't take credit for them.

Also, about that jutsu, a few details I didn't expand upon is that the jutsu doesn't work on blood that isn't from the user, since the iron content is too low. Secondly, don't forget that this actually uses the blood from the body, so if it's used too much, it could cause severe health problems for the user from a lack of blood.

It could also be something related to a specific protien the cells create in the blood of clan members. Or perhaps a new type of cell that allows for a hardening of the blood when combined with air...something like that.

Sorry I was gone for a looooooooooooong while, but I'm back.
I was working on developing Taijutsu for Myself, but the main purpose of the ability to see the chakra coil is this new jutsu:

Doujutsu: Kyokuen (Pupil Technique: Rising Sun's Flame)
The Kyokuen is a variant of Amaterasu, which combined with the ability to view the opponents chakra attacks their chakra system. The flame gets hotter and more potent by burning the opponent's chakra. Once the opponent's chakra is burned, the flames will open the opponent's eight inner gates to burn that chakra too, thus killing the opponent.
Handseals (I have seal which are not found in lists, so they will be written down in the most understadable way.): Ram with the Middle Fingers down, Tiger with the Rings and Pinkies locked inside the hands.

Eventually, I will put pictures of the 41 handseals up in a new thread, but I can't right now.

well les see... what would be required to lace chakra into the Blood Cells DNA strands? whichever that is is what it should be, meaning either Oxygen, Protein, Iron, Plasma, or what u sed about a new cell all together, but mine arent based on the blood being dry, their blood maintains liquid form unless frozen, it stays liguid so that the shape of the blade u create can change(when using blood blade)

Alright. Here's an interesting clan I've thought of...

Shuugouteki Clan

The Shuugouteki clan is an ancient clan which was around before the age of hidden villages and ninja. Located on the coast of the Fire country, the clan was at it's prime around the time of the First Hokage's creation of Konoha. However, numerous wars through the ages, coupled with widespread destruction from the Nine-Tailed Fox left the village in ruin, and the clan has completely died out.

What makes the Shuugouteki clan special is that all of the villagers had a special Kekkei Genkai which connected them all with telepathy. The wide network of telepathically linked minds led the clan to adopt a kind of "hive-mind", where all actions of the clan members is done to support the good of the clan itself. As this continued, individuality was suppressed until almost nothing but appearance separated the clan members from each other. The leader of the clan was always female, similar to a colony of ants.

With ninja villages becoming prominent, and countries expanding into their territory, the Shuugouteki clan avoided foreign contact unless absolutely necessary, and communication to people outside the clan was forbidden by all except the leader and clan representatives. However, Threats from foreigners were severely dealt with, with no prisoners taken, and no mercy for nearby foreign people who were often not even involved. The clan had no ninja, but many members were designated warriors, and were extremely skilled at what they do, many were at a chuunin's level of skill by age 10 or 12.

This extreme xenophobia led to many countries and villages hating the clan, and often tried to exterminate them by going to war. These efforts left the clan dwindling, and strugling to survive. The Nine-Tailed Fox then attacked a while before he was sealed, leaving all of the remaining clan members dead. To date, there are no survivors to the clan, and the ruins of their villages were demolished to make way for coastal development.

Wow, I really like that. It's sort of a story about what happened before the Kyuubi came to destroy Konoha, which I think would be an interesting story in-and-of itself. Just a couple questions...

1.) Does their telepathic ability stretch to immeasurable distances, or are they confined to contact within a certain area?

2.) What did the clan to do survive for as long as they did? With no ninja, they could not take on missions, so were they completely self-sufficient, or did they have other dealings with other clans/villages?

3.) Regarding the destruction of the ruins; did the people who destroyed them know what they had destroyed, or was it simply a matter of a "get stuff out of the way to complete the job" mentality?

You may not have answers, but I was just curious

Read the introduction comment, all those rules continue to apply. Make a character/jutsu...it can be anyone/anything you want, just make it interesting, original and reasonably powerful. Look back at some of the previous posts for some possible ideas, then let your mind run wild =)

Pretty cool like dedaria. When i throw the kunai/shuriken i just do one handed tiger seal or normal tiger seal (for big kunai/shuriken) then it will explode.

Ryuuka is for doing combo with the explosive tag and the fire explosion kunais/shurikens.

I need sharingan only for the, sharingan wind mill (i hope i spell it correctly).

Well, here's how I see it...

1. As far as I thought it out, the telepathc powers can reach for at least a few hundred miles. Because of the way the clan worked, nobody went out on their own, so they never really knew how far their powers reached. The telepathy only works on clan members, though, which means that they couldn't use their powers to communicate with random people, and others can't contact them.

2. The clan was almost completely self-sufficient, importing only what was absolutely necessary from other areas. They never saw Ninja as a means to profit, but instead saw them as pests. Ninja who entered the clan territory were either captured or driven off. Those who were captured were interrogated, and a few of the more gifted telepaths in the clan would copy information from the ninja's mind, adding combat techniques to teach to clan members in order to increase their fighting skills. This pretty much made the clan hated by almost every territory, and without being able to expand, or import certain items, the clan eventually ran out of resources, which partly lead to their dying out.

3. As I mentioned before, the Shuugouteki clan was hated by almost every cillage and country who knew of them, so few had remorse when it came down to tering down the remains of their buildings. I'd compare it to a construction crew tearing down an old Nazi bunker to make way for a set of houses.

I hope I've cleared some stuff up for you. Any more questions, feel free to ask.

They're still young but not so young that they're like "Hell that sure an awesome Hillary Duff concert." Or "I sure can't wait until High School Musical 3 comes out !!!" Most commonly she changes into a voluptuous tigress wearing only a smile and plays with her tail. The results however a far different from naruto's sexy jutsu, because the opposition is in shock to see such a strange thing so they are not sure how to react.

Personality: Mikko is the underdog (like Naruto) however the twist being that she is the daughter of two very important Kumogakure-Shinobi. Her father was an elite general, and her mother was a revered taijutsu specialist and ninjutsu user, and was said to be more powerful than her husband (Mikko's father.) Mikko gets a bad rap from everyone simply because she cannot live up to all of their expectations, that she should grow up to live in the shadow of her deceased parents' legacy. Mikko struggles with this concept throughout the story and battles with inner self and her own complexity. She feuds with Hishegami` because her attitude annoys her. however Hishegami` believes that she fights Mikko because she also has an inerest in Tanzou, this Mikko denys to be true even going so far as to say she does not even notice him (Tanzou.)
Clothing & Appearance: She wears a red top with mesh underlay, a black skirt with black nylons underneath. She wears red fingerless gloves, and black sandals and a red headband on her forehead with the kumogakure symbol emblazoned on it.

Tanzou's looks make him out to appear as the hot cool guy of the century, however his personality dispells this, as in one scene in my story (and soon to be comic) a girl named Suzu asks him out on a date and he turns her down stating that he'd rather read, leaving her a ghostly shade of white and muttering a horrified scream.
Clothing & Appearance: Tanzou wears an open blue shirt over white short pants and black sandals. He wears white gauz around his fingers and wrists (this leads to a big surprise later ) He wears no shinobi headband as he is not technically affiliated with any shinobi country other than Kumogakure, and he is still getting used to it.

{A little info on "Hakumei"}
I know at first a lot of ppl prolly thought "whoa...sounds an awful lot like Akatsuki While Hakumei (Twilight) and Akatsuki (Dawn) are both small organizations based upon seriously strong ninja and ideal pairings, Hakumei's overall goals (yes the "s" indicates that there is more than one) are different from Akatsuki's (from all that we really know at the moment.) Hakumei to begin with is interested in "control through desctruction," which draws about "rebirth." They believe that by destroying or "breaking" the five main shinobi countries that they can unstabilize them and rebuild them all to fit their ideals.

{Technology}

Teleporters: Hakumei has one up on Aktasuki with the use of "teleporters." Devices that the members actually take with them. They are large monolithic sculpts that are created by Hakumei's "Master," that when a specific jutsu is used the two persons will be teleported to that partciular destination. I know this sounds almost too real and like a major win for Hakumei, HOWEVER, there are setbacks and restrictions. Number one being that the jutsu overall is time-based, meaning that the two members have only one hour to go into a certain village, get what they need, and get back to the monolith and teleport back before it destroys itself. Also this is not a tool for "war"either, as any good mastermind knows that taking any great shinobi country head-on will result in undesired endings (especially since Hakumei is only a 12 man group )

{Members}

The roster for Hakumei currently stands of "twelve" members (including the Master.) Each member is chosen for initiation through a discrete message and are given the option of joining or not (the latter usually resulting in death or disappearing) Hakumei is not entirely composed of S-Class criminals, in fact most of the members are or were highly respected individuals within his or her community, until they decided to leave...recruitment for members can range from Genin to Kage level, it is all depending on the candidate's unique abilities and their current status (which usually only plays a minor role in recruitment). The Master knows that in the past even Genin have managed to overcome and kill "supposed S-Class" villains, which is why he does not base recruitment soley on rank alone. However the Master generally prefers people who are not wanted or listed in the bingo book as members, because they would most certainly draw attention and have people looking for them. The only exception to this rule would be Yami-Ranpu who was wanted "dead," however Sunagakure believes that he is dead.

Clothing & Appearance
None of the current members (so far) have slashes across their headbands, and most of them still display their headbands. The typical Hakumei garb consists of a 'black' cloak, a 'black' pair of sandals, and a pair of 'black'pants/shorts. The color black is very important here because Hakumei likes to operate primarily during the night and evening hours, so they can blend in with the darkness of the night.

Thank you, I am humbled by everyone's comments and believe me it is a driving force in my conitinued work. My mind is very complex and I don't even understand it sometimes, but when it gets going there ain't no stopping it lol.

As for Hishegami, I listed her TBA for now because I wasn't (still not) quite sure at the moment what exactly her area of degree falls on. She WILL have the ability to restore herself rather quickly like Kabuto, and will eventually (soon) have more advanced jutsus in the area of Tsunade/Chiyo for use at the expense of energy/tons of chakra that will most likely exaust her at the end.

Tanzou is actually a shy boy, though he won't admit it. Yes he will be a jerk in some instances but mainly it is his quiet discontent and nonchalant replies that leave the "asshole!" idea in everyone's minds.

Chapter Brief Hakumei plot outline:
The setting for the hideout is a dark and long cavern (not cave, as there is water). Several large widescreens are implanted on the rockface of the center of the cavern, the screen all display the bartones until one goes static and a silhouette of a person's visage appears (it is the master.) "It has been twelve months so far..." Then one by one nine more screens static/flicker on with other sihoulettes. "That was fast it seems almost like yesterday we were researching the kages." (says Fei). "So when do we get to put all of this 'power' to use eh?" (says Yami (Yami/Ranpu). "Soon enough, impatience is not an asset." (Taikimi). "What about the pre-hosts? What'll be done with them?" (Kuren asks). "They will be removed as though they never existed." (Master). "So now that we're all ready, what shall our first target be?" (Misame). "Kumogakure..." (Saizou). "That is...was your home eh, Taikimi?" (Yami(Yami-Ranpu). "......" (Taikimi). " We have exactly 'five' coffins, and the statue can copy up to two at a time without overloading..." (Master). The scene pans to show a large monolith statue of a human bearing three serpents, one in each hand and one on his shoulder. Below it shows five empty caskets alligned in a circle before the foot of the statue. "Uchiha Sakuyu, and Hoshihana Misame shall take Kumogakure..." (Master). "Do we need the Shichidaime?" (Misame asks). "No, the 'living' kages will not suffice." (Master). The other members are silent and think. "Meeting ajourned!" (Master). One by one all of the screens fade to black then return to the bartones.

K, I'm aware of double posting, but since this is not within the same day I'm hoping it's okay. I have finished the inquistion 3 chapters of my "Naruto Raiu".

I also have some new character profiles to add yay I think number 3 is the longest so far as it deals primarily with Mikko/Tanzou/Hishegami's initial Chunin assignmnet and battle introduction, while the first two chapters mainly focused on Mikko's introduction/dilemma/resolution. The fourth chapter WILL be slamming, and will have tons of in your face attitudes i.e. "Mikko-Baka!/Hishegami-Rat!" and of course more jutsus to be revealed. I hope everyone that has read the stories so far has gotten an *ideal* feel for who the characters are and what the basis is so far. Of course things have only begun...

Personality: Say if you mixed Quistis Trepe with Iruka Umino the combination would be Tite Amatsuba. Her name may be a boy's (not sure) but she is feminine, and her last name means "raindrop". She is kind and caring and wants her students to excell to as far as they can be, but overall she wants them to be happy
Clothing & Appearance: Tite generally wears her hair up in a ponytail and wears spectacles. She wears a black skirt with mesh leggings. She wears a black vest over a dark blue long sleeved shirt.

Jinroku AKA "Risu-Senpi"
Age: 43 (M)
Height: 6'2"
Hair Color: Copper Brown

Origin: Kumogakure
Status: "Risu-Senpi" or Tree Hermit.
Skills:
Tier 1 - "Chakra Borealis": This jutsu is designed to consume minium chakra from the user to absorb TONS of chakra from opponents. When Mikko uses this technique it is not quite as strong and the range is not quite as far, since she has not quite "mastered" the jutsu yet. This jutsu is used to replenish one's own chakra by absorbing others'.
Tier 2 - "Chakra Wave": This is a more advanced version of the "chakra borealis", sorta. It again uses minimal chakra from the user to initiate and then consumes a large quantity from the opponents only to create a massive wave of chakra/lightning in which Jinroku can ride upon and surf into the enemy.

Personality: Jinroku is relaxed and laid back overall, however he is touchy about some things. His little friend "Ringo" (Apple) his flying squirrel companion is always by his side, esp when he plays his ocarina.
Clothing & Appearance: Jinroku dresses in all black ninja garb, say for a few parts on his attire that are either silver or red.

Yoichi Kotado AKA "Bumblebee Yoichi"

Personality: Yoichi is always relaxed and carefree and seems almost forgetful and somewhat uncaring of important details, and many noobs (newbie chunin) question him as a jounin, however when there is a crisis or a serious matter he becomes dead serious and a force to be reckoned with. Other than that he seems more concerned with watching webisodes of "All my Shinobi" (favorite Soap Opera) rather than being punctual to teach a class.
Clothing & Appearance: Yoichi dresses in black ninja shirt and pants with a faded yellow ochre vest, hence his infamous title: "Bumblee-Yoichi," which he threatens to "Bash" anyone who calls him that. His ears are pierced twice on each side and he wears black fingerless gloves, and a black headband on his foread.

Maki Fuhina
Age: 26 (F)

Status: Special Jounin ~ Chunin instructor/Oinin commander (Investigations)

Personality: Maki is loud, agressive, and a self-proclaimed genious of the art of style. She is the head of the investigations bureau in Kumogakure, and reports directly to the Shichidaime Raikage. When Maki isn't calling her newbi chunin squad a bunch of "maggots," she is accompanied by masked Oinin to solve a murder, or to capture/execute a criminal. She is rumored to have an abnormal love-obsession with an ex-shinobi now rockstar named "Iwato Koga."
Clothing & Appearance: Maki wears a dark blue halter-top and black miniskirt beneath a sheer white robe ( a hint of sultry ) and long white boots. She wears gold bracelets on both wrists and a blue kumogakure headband on her forehead.

Doro Moyogaki
Age: 16

Hair Color: Blond
Eye Color: Red (Left eye, right eye is covered by cloth)

Skills:
Tier 1 - "Flash Glare of Death": A wind-style kinjutsu that goes at such rapid speeds that it is considered a risk to one's self and surroundings. Doro learned this kinjutsu through Mizaru.
Tier 2 - "Twin Fang Jutsu": A water-style jutsu that utilizes two users into one tornado that sends blades of water ripping at the enemy. It does not require that two casters be used, however the more being used heightens its potency.

Personality: Doro is rude...well to Mikko, other than her he is polite and inteelectual especially when dealing with his Sensei or his comrades.
Clothing & Appearance: Doro wears a black skimask-like ninja mask that does not show his mouth, but it does show his left eye (his right eye is covered for purposes that will lead to a spoiler if revealed too soon ) He wears a white karate-like robe over it and black pants, and sanadals. His weapon is the claw. Doro means "Mud".

Yajuu Yamikiri

Personality: Yajuu is rude, crude, and morbidly impatient. He often complains to everyone he knows about the current situations he is in and how he hates it. He shows little respect to anyone, even comrades and teachers.
Clothing & Appearance: Yajuu wears a black leather jacket with a mesh tank top underneath and black shortpants with sandals. Yajuu means "Beast", "Monster", and "Wild animal," this fits his personality perfectly.

Kijo Suna

Personality: Usually quiet, Kijo will let the others do the talking for her. Kijo will put on a good show and aims to "kill" whenever in a competition.
Clothing & Appearance: Kijo wears a silver headband (not any symbol on it) and a silver trencoat over a red top with mesh. She wears gray camouflage pants and black sandals. Kijo means "Demoness", "Ogress", "She-devil" or "Witch", all of which fit her personality perfectly.

Aoirou
Age: 22

Personality: Aoirou is somewhat of a "show-off" often appearing in a fancy or lavish manner, and dresses quite garishly. He is effeminite when referring to himself, as he even said to Maki that he thinks of himself and Shichidaime Raikage as "sisters," to which Maki corrected him. He is also a coward, and hates violence, confrontations, loud noise, and conflict, which begs to ask the question why he put in for Raikage's assistant position in the first place? Probably to be closer to Shichidaime in hopes of him returning affections?
Clothing & Appearance: Aoirou wears a blue kumogakure headband on his forehead and a teal blue tunic over dark blue puffy shirt, and matching short pants.
