Elsie was always my number one choice, and that hasn't changed with the second season. She gets my vote, in addition to Jun, who's also possesses an almost irresistible energy and charm.

If I were going for a third, I'd be tempted vote for the English teacher. Just for being the most stereotypical jerk I've seen in a while, and gut-wrenchingly funny. Well... maybe Haqua instead.

1. Elsie: because she's sweet, earnest, and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Also, Elsie is love. Love how Kanae Ito sounds as her.
2. Ayumi: cute, sweet, energetic...what's not to love about her? Still my favorite capture girl.
3. Haqua: Not a manga reader but she probably could have been done better. Still fun to watch her be tsundere for Keima. She's cute, and Saori Hayami does a great job portraying her pride haughtiness while still coming off as not a complete b*tch.
4. Kusunoki: Strong and beautiful. I liked the idea behind her arc, but if might could have used more time. Ami Koshimizu does a great job as her. Love her character CD. Favorite one of the season.

voted for KASUGA KUSUNOKI...

i liked how she tries to be tough on the outside but is soft on the inside ,
and then accepts both sides

and the scene where keima saw her playing with the cat in room is like the cutest and prettiest moment in the series

and kasuga is also really sexy
