My hope for this thread is that it helps educate people about the different usages of the terms "loli" and "lolicon" and demonstrates that not all loli fans are pervs. Because let's face it, I got tired of dealing with opinionated loudmouths who don't differentiate between the various types of loli fans - and indeed, often the various types of moe fans as a whole - several years ago.

I have nothing against people who find a little girl cute. I mean a baby is cute and so is a little girl or boy etc...But to have perv thought about a little girl or boy is something that I can't stand, sorry >_>

The scary part about little girls these days is how hard they try to look like adults. I mean, I saw a girl today who couldn't have been more than 10 years old and she was walking just like someone well into her teens, not to mention the way she was dressed in skin tight trousers and shirt. Kinda scary imho.

I'd like some stats on that too, considering the last Animesuki how old are you poll puts the majority of posters between 15 and 19, with 20-24 being the next highest group. Of course that might be biased towards posters who frequent general discussion where the thread is located who may very well trend older than posters who frequent the series discussion forums only.
