Well, i could run the game in a old HP 420 with an Intel Chipset before the graphic update, of couse I used some tweaks to make it run better like at 20 fps. In my "new" laptop (HP Pavilion Dv4) i can run it at 30 fps with some characteristics on (like high res textures and explosions)

lol its not a small download, that just the pre-install file, after WoT client is install you still have to update the client to 8.4, depending on your connection it could be 1 hr long or more.

that reminds me I need to update both my desktops to 8.4 tonight before i go to bed.

if u ever installed League of Legends, its basically similar download.

MUP needs more members.

Buh, my system's been kept busy encoding a MKV video to MP4 and AVI, so I wasn't able to play the whole day yesterday, but hopefully I can remedy that by the time I get back from work. After the dailies, I'll see if I can squeeze more out of the weekend's credit bonuses for the M4.

Hope to get the usual platoons later!

Heh, I've always played that tank as a heavy. It does have very heavy armor for a medium, in fact, its the heaviest of any Tier 6 medium.

The VK3601H did always play more like a heavy than a medium. It's thick armor, relative lack of mobility and powerful gun practically make it a Heavy tank in all but name. In fact, they had planned for the VK3601H to be classed as a Heavy way back since 2010, yet haven't done so for some reason.

In terms of weight the VK3601H is the heaviest of the Tier 6 meds, but in terms of armor the Sherman Jumbo still trumps it.

So in my last game a while ago, I was "guarding our arty" so to speak with my Pershing, waiting for the scout tanks to arrive at the base. Suddenly the first enemy tank that comes speeding into view rocketing towards our base... a Lorraine 155.

He did manage to get behind me before his inevitable end.

Needless to say it was an overwhelming victory for our team

Kamijou will remember me rambling crazily yesterday about fighting a T28 Prototype in my T29, when I had HE selected and was figuring, because silly reality gets in the way of my arcade game, that if I shot it in the turret with HE that I'd manage to get a crew critical hit. Of course this didn't happen. Afterward I was thinking that I would have had better luck shooting at the building next to it and hoping for splash.

Fortunately, it was similarly failing to do damage to my T29 (we were jammed up between two buildings in Port, so flanking wasn't possible) and my team capped out in the meantime.

The VK3601H versus the Sherman Jumbo: The Jumbo's frontal armor still wins, but the 3601 still felt more well-rounded to me. It also has the expensive-but-hilarious choice of premium Konisch ammo. (We should run three Gold Konisch 3601s and see how much damage we can do on Tier 8s with focused fire.)

Today I was given a gift, a most generous gift.The gift was given to me by the matchmaking gods. Yes I was given an easy MM.
I, in my IS, the only Tier 7 of my team faced a Jagdpanzer, two medium Tier 6 tanks and the rest were a bunch of tier V tanks (most of them heavy). Needless to say I did not let this gift go to waste:

I admit I didn't realise of the easy MM until the end and I nearly screwed up against the arty (the arty was surprisingly fast and agile).
