No reason to open the poll before the episode airs.
Well, they're currently a bit in the middle of plot development (what with the Level Upper users fainting and them talking to the shameless professor and all), so I would doubt that this episode is going to be filler. Curious to see what's going to come out of it. |

As expected of normal Ruiko's parents! Normal! Maybe the first time a parent has shown worries over their children's head being messed with and being turned into living weapons. But hey, you'd be denying the setting if you worry about that. It's a brilliant world where children can turn into living weapons, surely even the UN and everyone approve, that brilliant world, yep.
Still... This city's public order sure sucks... As expected of Judgement *snort* and Anti-skill *UHAHAHAHA* It was a really good episode. Compared to Mikoto's fights, Kuroko's lack flashiness, but it definitely seems less one-wayed and more interesting. This episode's bad guy did a pretty good job too, voice-actor included. "HAGUGI!" In the meantime, the countdown to destruction has continued to... well, countdown for Ruiko as she and her friends...................... Speaking of Ruiko... Mikoto, you aren't in the position to talk, AT ALL. You say levels doesn't matter? Says the person who worked her way all the way to level 5... Sigh... *prepares to make a gra...* PS: Kazari... Makes some very mean... but correct statements at Kuroko this episode. --- Mm? The poll is still closed... Though the episode has already aired. Actually, although Quote:

I created the thread a bit early, so I didn't want to allow throw-away votes. Generally if I create the thread too early, I'll close the poll, but if I create it shortly before the airing, I'll just leave it open since it's close enough. (Actually, that sentence would drive ESL people batty - "leave it open since it's close enough"... way to go, English language...) |

Very good episode overall, especially Kuroko's scene, but alas, yet another great Touma scene that connected Railgun to Index got cut. While the episode worked well as it did, it's still sad to see two Touma scenes in a row left out. On the upside, they managed to portray Saten's inner turmoil very well, even better than in the manga IMO.

No rating from me yet since I've only seen the episode blogged on Seiha and not for myself yet, but I did notice the bad guy's jacket is gone in comparison to the manga. Obviously this is insignificant and makes no difference for better or worse......which is exactly why I can't help but wonder "then why bother to change it at all?" *shrug*

And she does look dangerous. Today is not your day. Tomorrow does not look good either. Can't make any promises after that. I should feel bad about Kuroko being punted through a window, but... not really. Not trying to be hateful, it's just... amusing. Somehow, she managed to crash through the glass without getting scraped to hell. Huh. I forgot about the Touma interaction, so I had to look it up again (chapter 8). And it really is a shame they cut out yet another scene with him. orz

Good episode, even without the Touma scene.
The reason why the probably had to cut it was that it referenced not only the blackout cause by the bridge scene, but Index herself as well and the church. So having that conversation come up at all would just confuse everyone completely. At least with them holding this back there's still hope that they're doing the bridge scene later. Though it would have made much more sense to just leave it with a few altercations to the restaurant setting rather than re-doing multiple interactions. |

Just watched. What can I say - it's just amazing episode! 11/10, hehe
It's like they, the authors, gathered all their strong points, and made an eppie with all of that. Seriously. It's kinda strange, but the authors and producers do exactly what I want from them, and with great skill and quality. GREAT JOB!!111

*** I've just come with a nasty revenge plan. I'm going to whine in every future episode where he'll appear about him being the worst part of the show and taking the precious screen time from the girlies

Was it necessary to double post to say that? Touma and Misaka have good interactions. Replying just to say you hate people that enjoy his character is a little odd
Anyway I liked the episode except for another missing Touma scene as others have mentioned, I can only hope for the bridge and this scene maybe being integrated into later filler episodes.

....and here I was gonna give my personal evaluation about this episode, however I changed my mind after reading a particular troll post. (I'm looking at you, Cyrus17)
Just to add one thing though, I knew she would eventually give in to temptation but Level Uppers don't appear to be that strong, do they?
