Am I the only one thinking that the person on spoilers is Imouto?
And that Misaki has mind-controlled her (added feelings and Mikoto-like behavior) and dressed her completly as Mikoto (flower hairpin, clean clothes, pants under skirt..) just to cheat on Touma?

?

If she going to just steal him, what's the point of making a fake Misaka? If she assumes he's her boyfriend, why steal him in front of his 'girlfriend' ? Wouldn't it make more sense to separate them?

And then, if her intention was to mess with Mikoto, why would she need to fake a clone =_= Wouldn't the real one make more sense?

Interesting spoiler. I must say, Misaki looked really cute in that last panel, clutching Touma's arm. Though it seems our intrepid hero will have to suffer through a Railgun catching game after all...

Well, she can make Touma lose interest or hate Mikoto, by making her say some "real-Mikoto-would-never-say" things and then take him away from her.
And you could certainly agree that it is easier and faster to get closer to someone if you have somebody that knows said person, who will "introduce you".

that a first, what could this mean? when she not using her power her eyes revert to normal is my guess

Well Touma didn't give any relevance to the fake date with Mikoto and so far only remembers Etzali and his promise to a anonymous hotblooded guy who was in love with Mikoto. Its not surprising at all.

2 quick question

1. The picture that are shown in order, are they in order as in the raw or random, because I’m trying to make sense of the order in the chapter

PS: when you see the first picture where you see MIsaka and Saten bow there head, if you look really hard to the left, you see MISaki hand touching both there head turning them into mind control slave.
