The original game was without voices and I usually skip half way through the voice line since I read the line so quickly. Although, I could use it to pace myself more and comprehend it.
Yeah. Some VNs have a little too much nonsense scenes for my taste.

That's why I turned voices off for the slow/silly scenes like the kitchen ones. I hate advancing towards the next line when the respective voice is still talking, since it sounds disruptive and breaks immersion, so I turn them off in the aforementioned scenes to breeze through them quicker.
And personally I don't care as much for voices in the Emiya household, because the best voices were totally from outsiders like Kotomine and his two Servants. Also, I'm pretty sure the general habit of waiting for the voice to finish made most scenes twice as long as they needed to be, which is why my overall playtime in the end was something ridiculous like 6 days. |

Wow... those comments are dumb and mean. If F/SN really stunk, then it wouldn't have gotten an anime series, an anime movie, PS2 port, prequel novel, sequel game, side story games and more. Kadokawa is releasing the game, not Type-Moon. I might register just to refute them.
