Speaking of Hulk my personal fav Marvel Super Hero or Anti-Hero, giving him the anime treatment would be a blast, since Banner is thin and can be re-design a bishounen or gar with glasses.

As for Superman with spiky hair, yes been already done in DC, forgot the artist though...

Ack!!! Don't start Marvel/DC talk my geek side will go banana's! XD

On Topic:

Tony Stark though on the promo picture looks incomplete with the beard or many would have the usual first reaction "THAT AIN'T TONY STARK", but thinking that Tony Stark is young here in this anime version would justify him not having a beard, possible later on also in the series he'll grow one. But never the less the armor is awesome, movie based and the fighting sequence rocks! now the only thing we need to know about this ne anime Ironman series is the plot.

Nah, nix the beard. R1 isn't the target audience for this. The target audience is in Southeast Asia. Most young male protag in anime don't have beards. Beards are seen in "old" protags.

I liked the Wolverine trailer. I was surprised at how different it looked from the comics, but a new take on the series would be interesting.

But the Iron Man trailer...whoooo....

He was actually Green when they first fought. Backtrack a bit on this thread to see the old 60's cartoon.

DC already had Batman in anime with different directors, from GAR to Bishounen looks of Bruce Wayne to the different perspective persona's of Batman.

Here in Ironman we'll see how well do they handle our young beardless Tony Stark. In the Ironman armor it's pretty well done, as for people interaction and plot that is yet we gotta see. But probably it'll be like the HIGHLANDER anime in direction or possibly a more different approach perhaps?

ACK!!! I hate/love it when Marvel/DC talks come up! I get to geeky with the Marvel/DC stuff.

This is anime aimed at a different market. That prob is going to be downplayed imo.

Not much happened in the US live-acton either.

That would be great. I dunno if that's Pepper Pots though....she had red hair in the comics, but here if that's her the new green hair works well.

yea if that is Pepper Pots the green hair works but I don't the point in changing her hair colour seems rather pointless.

I'm guessing its just a damsel of the series kinda thing, gotta say tho she looks like she has that classic damsel look about her, a Marliyn Monroe kinda look which is no bad thing

I'm betting that girl in the trailer is Pepper.

Redheads in anime are tsundere and energetic types imo. Pepper has to be business like imo.

Ah yes! The hair color type in Japanese tradition of making characters at times affect the hair, eye color and design.

I really hope that's Pepper she's quite nice in the character design. As for Titanium man or Iron Monger or whoever that dictator guy is, looks good too.

By the way. love Tony Stark new looks, i must say it must be request from Marvel to give "Alternative" looks from each one Superheroes anime adaptation. And i think why not ?

MADHOUSE is a great production company.

I got faith in them making Marvel into anime after seeing the Ironman preview. The Wolverine's only setback on my side is Logan's lost of his Garness, but that is on another thread.

Also how can you go wrong with this kind of trailer?

Opps! That's the WRONG anime intro.
