It's not from an episode -.-

It's a Japanese thing... they take a cute girl and dress
her up to look like one of the mechs from a Gundam
series(or any mecha series.. ) while still maintaining the
maximum amount of exposed skin. It's mostly drawings
done by 'obcessive Gundam fans' although I have seen
pictures of real people dressed up like that in Gundam
Modeller and NewType Gundam(I think that's the name).
Weird Japanese fans like it but I, personally, don't
understand it.

Basically it's like showing the character in a bikini with
knee high hooker boots and those gloves that extend to
the elbow. Except they've replaced the boots, gloves and
bikini bits with mecha parts. -.-
