I hope not. I hope their origin will stay as genuine WMDs (whether it’s man-made or alien-made). We already got enough of “The monstrous enemies are former humans!!”-twist from some anime & manga that it almost becomes cliche (the recent Gargantia and SSY comes to mind, among others).

Also Iona mentioned that reason why all MM are girls is due mankinds habbit call ships with female suffix. Which would mean fleet after reading few books went, kidnapped and assimilated some chicks.To be honest I realy hope it's not that case...

The extra chapter on Takao made it very clear that the fact that the Fog ships have been given bodies is causing them to gain not only personalities, but individuality separate from the fleet itself. Whereas before they only followed their programming.

LOL I never thought that ”I’ll mess your hair so that you can’t face your prince” is a very effective restraint for Takao .

I am very glad that Maya proved my theory. There are no stupid Mental models. And overaly I loved MM social interaction (slightly) more than high tech carrier this time around.

I realy wonder how I will survive net month.
