Fight on Takao! Gunzou is on the way!

Wonder if they will destroy Takao to show that you cant be a hero everytime or will they pull out an over the top plan in order to succede.

Considering the overall feel of the series, I'd say the latter is much more likely.

Zordan is a little bitch. No doubt he's exceptionally intelligent and can possibly be considered a 'rival' to Gunzou but both times he has picked on someone who's handicapped. First time, the 401 already battered and low ammo and now Takao who used part of her processing power on the decoy.

I'm not satisfied until Gunzou pick Takao up in a princess cradle and watch her processor overheat, honestly if she has to go, it has to be that way.

Pretty sure she still in good shape since she recentlly resupply and repair in iwo jima

Yeah no sweat. And one reason I think Zordan won't be able to sink Takao here is, this guy has no respect for the Mental Models. He might be the captain of one fog but he only thinks of them as war machines and disregard their 'personality'. This is a battle he shouldn't win in order to disprove his arrogant way of thinking and contrarily it's a critical opportunity to show the other fleets what Gunzou is about and shed some hope that his ideal might be achievable.

Having humans commanding a fog is one thing, I'm sure they have yet to see a human risking himself to save one of their kind.

I agree. I think 2501 herself will do something to interfere with Zordan and save Takao, especially after the way he treated her mental model.

Question what does the date mean at the last page. Its the next release date right? 12/28. Is that thing accurate for raw release? Isn't there a new years break at japan and the next release would be after new year.

I certainly did not expect 402 to intervene. But to bring up my last point again, Takao's situation is a critical point between Gunzou and Zordan's struggles. She can't die or it will just make Zordan become more arrogant and firm about his belief that Mental Models are useless. His total disregard of their feelings is wrong and I don't surmise the author to feed more to his ego. His own Mental Model is already feeling miserable even though she can't voice her opinion openly.
