No... maybe. Chiffon is very cryptic about her opinion of entire situation. Right now she more want to stop the fighting, by any means.

Chiffon doesn't like the situation any more than they do, but she knows that doing things the other way isn't going to help the Es either - they might be terminated because of the threat they pose - humans with Nova Cells in them.

Chiffon is Lawful Good while Stella & Rana are more Chaotic Good - that much is obvious, but Chiffon is not Lawfully Stupid either.

I think you summed it up well. Right now the situation is awful but the starting a uprising like this is not going to make things better. If anything it would make things worse and that's assuming the fighting doesn't break something that shouldn't be broken (Whatever's behind the door Roxanne and Genetics US pandoras are guarding, for starters.).

2.Satella and co. wanna save human from NOVA but not by sacrificing a few of them in process at E-Project
3.Chiffon want everyone to calm down
4.The Rebels and The Monster fought while the Higher watch

now I'm afraid that

a) NOVA come to them, sensing a gathering of Stigma
b) One of them turn to NOVA herself and the candidate for this is Satella or E-Pandora

Note:
[Stigma look like have it's own feeling to support their host, and according to what happened in West Genetics Japan,emotion...can make NOVA-lize faster than normal.]

.....................all three condition already full filled...............
- Rana already fallen (similar to what happened to Genessa)
- Satella already beaten up and Angry (repeating her condition when she turn to Half NOVA)
- And Chiffon stand as strong enemy (like NOVA-Cassie Lockheart)
.....................let the NOVA within awaken................

..oh! in 'full' please...

something come to my mind...
Is it possible for NOVA-lize process going on inside near/ dying body of Pandora?

it would be pretty cool if it did, but there will never be another Manwha Jin-ho type of character again from IDY

Well, it could be a new direction. And, there are TOO many questions about Kazuya unanswered. And by all means, now that we have a Chiffon battle, please don't drag this to over 7 chapters.

Chiffon's been vaulted as one of, if not, THE strongest 3rd year in the world right now - I'd be disappointed if we didn't see more of our beautiful Unmatched Smiling Monster in action - and just think - she's not fighting Rana and Stella seriously at all.

And while Kazuya has insane power for someone who's not even baptisized, he's still not joined to either Rana or Stella - his only thing is that he can use Freezing without being in an Einbar Set. Once he gets 'baptised', we should see something else from him

And again... development that involves romance to a certain degree, in a manga? That is also something we're unlikely to see anytime soon... well, actually, I suppose that now we're 80 chapters into this, it's possible we might get some development. But I definitely wouldn't get my hopes up.

I'm predicting that unless Chiffon goes NOVA mode, I highly doubt that Kazuya will be doing anything. And I don't see Chiffon giving into NOVA mode... unless she is just that bloodthirsty
