Naruto will move to Thursday nights on TV Tokyo at 7:30 PM, replacing the show TV Champion during next month which is October i believe.

OT:

Don't know what to think of this ep. On the one side I liked it, and on the other side that ending felt kind of cheesy in a way. I assumed Gennou would be caught and imprisoned or something, instead of kicking the bucket all by himself. Giving up on the big setup revenge cause of simmilarities between his son and naruto, was the cheesy bit imo. Soft old geezer

Good conclusion to the arc, not as great as i hoped, but good enough. This arc is one of my favourites of the fillers now. Shame it all turned out to be a game, but at least Gennou didn't say anything like 'Thank you Naruto' or 'I'm sorry' before he died. His tales quite sad really....oh well.....4/5

Well all in all i must say this filler chapter start, finished, and was just general alot better then the average filler.. Im glad to say that although not as good as the main story line i hope that the fillers continue at this enjoyable pace with nothing redicolous in the main story line...

all in all im rating this a Filler 5/5 has been the best filler ive seen yet for this series

Looks like the special is another filler... I just hope it starts and finishes in that 90minute special. Then i hope the real story begins...

As for the end of this filler arch, id say i wasnt dissapointed or extreamly excited, but i will say it was worth watching, as some of sakura's healing/strength abilities were shown, and we are begging to see how all of the main chars are working together.

This was better than the previous episode as it wrapped up the arc, had more action, and included the involvement (even if it was just minor) of the Konoha 11 in this episode. It was a fairly decent episode overall.

Overall, it was a rather enjoyable episode and seemed to close a lot better than most of the other arcs. It was nice seeing everyone showcase some of their abilities(perhaps that's a sign?).

I do feel a little disappointed at a few loose ends like why the plans were stolen then spread all over the place, and why Shikamaru made such a big deal about the bird the first time around. Perhaps I missed the explanations - but other than that, I have no real quams with the episode or the arc.

My only problem with this episode was how it ended. Not the story, but the Rasengan finisher. And it's not even the fact that he used Rasengan that bugged me.
What we had during the final part of that episode was pure NarutoxHinata fanservice rudely interrupted by Sakura (not that it's her fault). He should've connected the rasengan the moment Hinata told Naruto to look above him. Sakura having to throw that rock not only killed the moment, but it also extended the scene which made Naruto look like he had some crazy hang time.

But that's it.

Decent filler over all ended by a decent episode.

I actually thought the episode was on the verge of being great. Mainly because all the Genin kids were utilized pretty well and Shikamaru had a lot of detective work.

And Gennou is one of the most sympathizable villains I've seen in the show yet.

I agree. This concluded filler arc treat us with the amazing feats of all the Konoha 11.

I should had given a bit thought what was Gennou intending to do with the Hokage monument sparked from with the explosive tags.

Though I believe that Gennou's real intentions were bland and put me off, he actually went to great lengths on devising the strategies, placing the traps, and the trouble to act convincingly enough that he truly meant on crushing the village; it worked on me and everyone.

Naruto has this effect on very old men who he reminds them all of their lost children.
