^^ lol, I've heard of things like that before. Craziest one was of a utilities bill they sent the person that died a few years after they died for like $20,000.

Have you also heard of the ones where they unearthed a body of a witness to sit in a trial to question?

Haven't, but remember that real record of a Medical examiner. I think it was going like that during a court case:

Lawer: are you sure the victim was dead when you carried out the autopsy on him
Medical examiner: Yes
Lawyer: how can you be sure about that
Medical examiner: because his brain was removed and was sitting on my stool at the time
Lawer: but are you definitely sure that he was dead
Medical examiner: no, maybe he still alive and practicing law somewhere
