If this is how you have interpreted this portrayal, which would work the same if he was Italian, French or German, then you've got some serious issues. Worse, you really do believe this is how the author sees Americans as a whole, ridiculous

Yes. I use American because I don't remember or know his nationality. Perhaps I should replace my "American" with "foreigner" for the accuracy?

Either way, there is no reason for him to make a foreigner into another Eizan 2.0.

This isn't even a Shokugeki, but a callback to the very first chapter. Except this time it's Megumi's turn to satisfy the customer, and also show that the new E10 are not to be taken lightly.

Megumi is stepping up to he plate as expected, but I dislike that it's the opponent alone who will decide if her dish is worthy. I know the manga runs on the logic you can't lie if the food is really good, but it's a dumb logic, especially when you apply it to a guy from the underworld. If he lies, he gets two super talented cook as slaves.

Anyway, I guess I should just roll with it and stop complaining, because it's not going to go away. Incidentally, the "your mouth says no but your body says yes" thing reminds me of another type of manga. You know which.
