why did you go BiA? Its only .3 less than original, ur still over 9 secs till reload. why not get dead eye, clutch braking, adren/safe stow, sit aware, armorer, six sense first... thats what i did instead of BiA and repairs.

Unlocked T-44. Planning on selling T-43, partially to offset costs, mostly so I don't have yet another uncrewed tank in my garage, and partially because I didn't really enjoy it very much.



I did okay with it, I suppose. As a comparison, I think the T20 drove better, but the T-43's higher ROF was useful in many cases, even if the gun itself didn't have the greatest penetration characteristics against higher tiers.

Random other thing: I tried to generate a backup crew for the M103 so that when finally the M103's crew goes to the T110E5 there would be a partially-trained replacement for them. Trying to make it an all-clone crew meant that I actually ran into the limit for how many free crew members I could generate in a 24-hour period... and I didn't even finish.

I want to know i am the only player on AS to go blitz doctrine up tree lines using gold free xp rather than grinding like everyone else. 5 months almost and i got 4 tier Xs... 3 tier IXs... several tiers under that and elited majority of the tanks i have owned or have. and blitzin to t62a by next month so maybe by july when lil bro comes bak from study abroad in china i can get him in prolly use my alt acct. which has the wz 131 as the highest tier tank.

Am i crazy or more insane than Dai. i still want my gifts in gold from her. That way i can con't to free xp wit gold.

Hmm...I was considering quitting again but in the event I decide not to, I will definitely regret not taking advantage of the 30% credit discount on the Sherman Jumbo so I may have to play a bit this weekend afterall.

Because WG has enough of my money already, and rather than shooting a bunch of gold into one thing, I can spread it around with smaller things like crew training and paint.

My most expensive gold push was to the E-50M, but I did some smaller ones (like the T-34 while skipping Soviet medium tiers 2-4). I could have gone up five trees for the cost of the E-50M run.

Now I look at the E-50M push like I went to a moderately-expensive restaurant, ate, and left feeling somewhat disappointed.

Where do you get all that free XP to skip entire high tier tanks anyway? The XP cost of modules alone is crazy enough in high tiers without considering the actual tanks themselves.

Do you just turn off accelerated training on your elite tanks?

As a free player I think grinding serves the purpose of growing some brains to the playerbase, as well to know how to play the tank more effectively on random and TO NOT get killed so easily.
On a related note, last day I saw a Type 59 with a 40% WR. It hurts too much!!

That would be the way to do it, then gold convert.

I'm going to be doing this for the T-44's suspension fairly shortly, but while I'll still free up to some modules so I don't get clobbered on the stock grinds at high tiers, I'm not going to jump entire high-tier tanks anymore.

well yes its expensive and yes grindin has advantage over blitzing like crew training, and gettin used to the tree line before advancing..... etc etc, as for how i got up to Maus, from the TP, I just get what is needed to advanced to the next tier, so for example i would only skip the unnecessary crap like engine, treads turret, gun, and or radio only taking the route that goes directly to the next tier tank, then repeat the process until you have reached the desired tier tank you are looking for, the process is quicker than grinding, but i don't pay any credits for grinding up, so the pay off is that its cheaper for me in, in game credits like that when you buy the next tier tank grind, u need to buy the tank, get/buy all the modules, then research the next tank usin the tank u've grinded, in the mean time you will be using excess credits on ammo, repairs, and consumables on the grind.

where as I just save up credits from what i would have lost from grinding, and only use xp on the necessary modules to advanced to teh next tier, tho, indeed higher tiers will be just as expensive, but then u need to calculate the cost for extensive grindin costs, which can rack up to more than what a high tier would be... thats if ur grinding beyond researchin the tank. But at tier 10 there is rarely anythin else u need to research.

yes this will need alot of free xp, at least over 150k or 200k. meh i can afford to do it since most of my 40+ tanks on my main account is elite and i can accum more free xp than from my prem tanks.

the only pay off from what i see from just grindin is crew xp and ur own xp in the specific tree line, meanin u'll be a specialist in that line.

as for me i'm all lines, except i haven't been playin my arty so i have min xp on that tech tree line. i'm more the heavy weight champ, or med champ. on my other account its mainly light weight... and when the japs come to town, depending on wat they go i may as well as go up that tree as well.

thats true about spreadin a free xp blitz to T10 over numerous other lines under tier 7 or 8, but i would say get the tank that u will know u will like to play at T10... otherwise ur wastin time and xp on it. if u grp wit wil, he's always on the E100, that Q hates wit a burnin passion of 1000 suns... XD heh at least its better than a Maus (in the end it becomes my trophy tank for GUP purposes).

as of right now i just elited 3 tanks this month, which are KV 1S, which I have never gotten yet, the T-34-85 (trophy tank now), TP (Tiger P which may become a trophy tank along wit the Tiger for GUP purposes). and the only tanks that i have not elited are the KT and M41, and Hummel..... have no intention of gettin the S-51, since UTE already has one, but is terrible at it.... idk if he has 100 crew, rammer, and all the good stuff to make it a good arty, i've seen in my high tier battles alot of decent S-51 players.... so makes me wonder is he hooked up or does he just plain sux at arty, i know his reticle in arty mode looks like basketball size, but i've see S-51 gets kills. sure its a 203mm gun, but the dmg for its tier is better than other tiers.

I won't be gettin the E75 when i unlock it, since i'll only be keepin the KT. I still need to get past the 43 and 44 and 54 under the T62A line, but i need more gold and Dai owes me gold.

you do know that it would cost more in credits to grind than rather skip entire tiers to the tier u want to be at, cuz ur usin xp for mods, credits to buy mods, then buy ammo, consumables, then grindin xp for the next tank when u finally unlocked everything..... which over the course of the grind 70% is unlockin everythin in that tier before actually unlockin the next tank... too me its more expensive to grind than to blitz the tiers, but then again u lose somethin to gain somethin ideology... such as grinding ur crew accums xp, while blitz gets u up the tiers faster..... not recommended to/for nubs to do..... this would only be an option only after playing a few different lines up to tier 5 or 6 or 7, then you can blitz..... i think its a bad idea to get tier 8 prem tank from the gecko when u've just started, i learned the hard way when kimi told me to get the SP as my first prem tank so i can plat wit his 7/1 tank..... never do that when u just started playing up to tier 6 maybe if u hit tier 7 and got everything unlock it would be good to see what tier 8 battles might look like... other than that, gettin a tier 8 when u have a tier 1 - 5 tank as a real tank... ur screwin urself pretty hard.

S-51 is a nightmare came real, for you and your enemy:

The 203mm has 45 seconds reload time (down to 40 with rammer and 100% crew with BIA); painfully slow traverse, acceleration and speed; body the size of a TOG; carry only 12 shells; a lot of dispersion when moving the body.

The only good things is that it's AP shell can oneshot all the tier 7s and some tier 8s, and it's normal HE has a max of 2000+ damage if it pens.

22 wins out of 29 games, 90% of which were in a platoon. Had a few games with Seraphil as we unlocked some modules for his T1 Heavy, then it was straight M4 with Kimi and his random invites that somehow had me over 228k credits up by the end of it despite using HEAT all the way. Ain't that 100% credit bonus grand?

I would be less likely to shoot with a teammate that close in a real game.

And I've played five real games with the S-51. The crew is at 100% and has 1.8 skills since they mostly came from the KV-2... I just don't have time to spend on the S-51 versus all of my other business.
