Seriously that ***'s one of the most broken MS/MA in the universe outside of main-character gundam haxxes

just look at its specs http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/GNMA-Y0002V_Gadelaza

at 300 metres long its easily IIRC the largest MA in the Gundam Franchise, more than twice the length of any other MA

With 154 GN Fangs (14 of which each have their own GN drive, can go Trans-Am) that can all generate GN fields its got at least 3 to 5 times the number of remote weapons of any other MA/MS (the Quin Mantha has 30)

Now imagine all that and more that i havent mentioned about the Gadelaza souped up by a World-Tournament level Gunpla builder. Even just with in-series technology, giving Gadelaza's main body a GN-field and equipping it with Regnant's beam curving ability on its main GN Cannon is terrifying enough. Then you start to think about all the Plavsky Particle haxxs and my mind just goes @__@
Going with this, what happens if someone fits a gunpla with a Plasky particle generator ala a GN drive? The gunpla just absorb whats already there but if they actually create their own particles, that would be hax

Gundam will NEVER even reach half the amount of OP or epicness that Gurren Lagann possess

But yeah, there are definitely limits to how much plavsky particles a unit can hold

God, I never tire of seeing Wings of Light (or well, in this case, Plavsky Wings) in action.

...Star Build Strike, the star emblem on Sei's shirts... Why didn't I see that coming?

For them to be called strong by Aila is really something...
Not just Aila but for even the early genius to have such comment...
just what is the remaining mode of SBS
the aqua and the rifle...

That Throne Zwei with Gn particles!
I know it won't happen, but 00 Qan[T] ELS version would have owned.....

Is it me or has the OST suddenly improved tremendously?
Admittedly Star Build Strike is good (mainly because I am a sucker for all things Strike) but still comes off as abit too super robot-ish.....

In a sense, I think that's kind of the idea. This particular gundam show is not about war or even fighting machines; it's about a tournament featuring advanced toys. Of any gundam show, this type of shows makes the best fit to be super robot-ish, at least in terms of the gunpla's abilities.

no, but the BGM is combined into one. From Episode 1 prologue, episode 6, and episode 7, admittedly each part are awesome but combining them caused a spike in epicness

that's the main shtick of the new generation gunpla
Sei abandon canon scope and went crazy with it

I am an old fogey when it comes to my Gundam.
Though its hard to swallow, I AM slowly getting used to it....
The show's high production quality helped a lot in this case.

Lol. 00 Qan[T] ELS version. Achieving peace not through understanding but destroying other people's gunpla.

Yea the BGM arrangement was really good and pumped up the mood nicely.
The previous episodes didn't exactly manage to hold my attention so I did not notice the individual music until now.

I am better off thinking this series not as a gundam show but a show about gundam gunpla. That was my biggest mistake.

G Gundam was exactly the same in many regards, the Super Robot craziness is not something new.

Gundam has always been straddling that line. Some series more so than others. Personally I dont really get some of the so called "purist fans" who feel awkward about this series just because it doesn't really feature giant robots but gunpla. This is most long time gundam fans wet dreams made anime. We practically grew up w/ the series and gunplas have always been a major part of most of the fandoms pederast obsessions. Is it just awkward because some people think it'll be too kiddy to give GBF a go? In a sense we're all kids fanboying about all things Gundam so I think theres nothing to be particularly ashamed of.

On a side note I felt the Qan[T] was pushing it pretty far down that line since it was far too OP for my tastes. Then again GBF is from the same guy who gave us 00 so I'm not complaining. Not too much.

I'm not sure how you can claim the 00 Qan[T] is overpowered when we barely see it do anything of note in the movie.

It was powerful enough to enable it to possibly wipe out the entire ELS compliment if Setsuna ever chose not to "understand" them. Course that was from Veda and it can be wrong but still that's way too high a benchmark. At least for me.

It was, and it's specifically noted by VEDA that that's not accounting for the pilot's stamina and other factors. While it's likely the most powerful Gundam since the Turn A and Devil Gundams, you can't really call it overpowered without seeing HOW it's overpowered.

Frankly speaking, seeing the 00 Qan[T] in action during Build Fighters would've made up for the utter lack of combat we got out of it in the movie.

Guess so. I was never that much of a fan of Moonlight Butterfly too so yeah. Anyway I digress.

Turn A was even more disgustingly overpowered than just the Moonlight Butterfly, but yeah.

Well in a way calming down an entire alien invasion through just communicating is overpowered in another sense
