My younger brother always tries to see what I'm watching he almost saw something that would have my mother kill me any suggestions? Doesn't need to be educational or not have curses just no nudity.

Kaleido Star - comedy/drama/story/character. it's really well-done and rated probably G or maybe PG. I don't recall anything inappropriate in it.
Akazukin Cha Cha - comedy . episode 1 is not a good gauge for the comedy. check out ep 19, 8, 4, 18, 7, 5 , or 25 to see if you like it or not.
kodomo no omocha - really good comedy/drama/romance
Jungle wa itusmo hale nochi guu - comedy. give it a few eps and see if you start laughing out loud.
slayers series - 3 seasons, and then 2 more seasons were made 10 years after the 3rd season.

shakugan no shana - hmm i never finished this show but i thought it was really contrived in that one scene where shana is changing her underwear while she's explaining all that crap about whatever the setting was about... i wouldn't be surprised if there were more scenes like that...

It can have violence and any genre I'm not picky about anime I'll watch what ever.

How old is your little brother?

Here are some anime that I think you and your little brother might both like. They are good quality animes and they all have a "13 and up" rating according to the DVD cases so they can't be too risque.

Last Exile
Gurren Lagann
Mai Hime
Scrapped Princess
Wolf's Rain

Kino's Journey is good quality and is only TV-PG.

Utawarerumono is good quality and doesn't have much in the way of nudity and perverted stuff. You might see mild nudity in a couple or few scenes, but it is only rated TV-14 (and only because of some significant violence in some scenes). The mild nudity doesn't show private parts.

Mai Hime has some mild nudity and some risque material (I mentioned this one already; up above), but it is rated "13 and up" and I don't remember the objectionable content being all that bad. It has a pseudo-sequel called Mai Otome. Skip that one. It has more perverted content than Mai Hime and one episode (I think episode 4, iirc) might make your mom flip if she saw you and your brother watching it (it kinda parodies tentacle rape [the series isn't rated R, though, it is tamer than that]). On top of this, I find Mai Otome to not really be good. Mai Hime is really good, though.

I'm going to add Log Horizon to this list, especially if you and your brother play video games. It's produced by NHK Educational for family audiences but has a complex and intriguing plot mixing politics and economics with action, drama, and romance.

As for nudity, the closest Log Horizon comes to fanservice is its beach episode with girls dressed like this:

Considering there is danger of you being killed because potencial nudity, I would guess your brother is early teen or younger, right? (If that so, above mentioned works like Kino no Tabi, Wolf Rain, Haibane Renmei and some others might not enjoyable for him, even if they are great shows) anyway I guess these might be fine for both of you.
