Wow, the cast is almost filled with rookies. Looks like Himawari appears to be a emotionally scarred shut-in despite her generously nice appearance, and something darker will most likely appear in Akane's island (aliens are the likely threat for our poor 6 main heroines).

Well, frankly, I do mentally look at a character without clothes to see what kind of body that character would have. It helps with keeping the body figures from deforming too much in different scenes.

lol it's anime though, there really is only one body type for females for the most part. Thin torso, long legs, round face, big eyes and not a skin blemish or gram of fat anywhere in sight other than in the chest. Adjust bust size, composition of hair (color, length style) and overall art style as necessary, but generally that rule is gonna hold.

And sensitive people can actually pick up on that. That's how I'm able to somewhat accurately measure three sizes if I get a baseline and see whether the art matches up to accuracy. Heck, I once calculated the height and three-sizes of the characters in Haruhi before the official height chart came around.

The only thing I can gather from the show is that there will be asses. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the designs are a bit too young looking for me. I guess I shouldn't be expecting anything else atm.

I dunno man, last time he wrote an original, not even the bounciest of asses could save it for me. Though they did hold back I guess.

It's kinda hilarious, because recently I've been complaining that shows have been always teasing but failing with backside service (FU Lagrange), but then there's this. I can't really decide if this is a good or bad thing, but I have to admit that trainwreck or not, someone up there has me curious for better or for worse.

Anyhow, I'll stop this post before you guys think I'm a perv that prefers certain odd camera angles.

I enjoyed Strike Witches but the fashion sense in that anime never sat quite well with me. The hotpants in this anime, however, I can get behind.

Well you know that with Yoshino you're probably going to get something that will leave a lasting impression for one reason or another. I'm very excited about it and it looks like it replaces K. Given the show's nature, I can see it being a sci-fi equivalent of Dog Days (not counting Akane's pseudo-magical girl outfit as well). I'm glad the fanservice is intended to not feel too blatant despite the director. Also, time to prepare for winter with a hot chocolate drink !

That was pretty neat. I was wondering whats with the overkill of Redjuice and Hidari, but it seems like there will be both mecha and fantasy elements in this series.

I think the first shot of the trailer being an ass is a pretty blatant message being sent about one of the focuses of the show.
