Hello,

I would like to translate funsub of one group to other language and add it to current release (mkv) as additional subs.

Is there any contradiction regarding to the rules/code of fansub to do that?
If no, how should be the relase (mkv) described to follow the credits of both groups.

There is no set of rules or codes for fansubbers. It's entirely up to you if you want to use the script for your own nefarious purposes, but it is always nice to credit the original group in some way - usually in the episode itself as a "Credit" typeset, though I've seen it done other ways too.
