At least 55% were not happy with what was given. Thare are a lot of ongoing debates about it on the other forums. Not just on Animesuki.

Yeah, they're not happy about Lelouch dying, but at least they don't go around dismissing the entire series as being non-canon.

Well, considering how successful Code Geass has been, I doubt they would give two shits about a bunch of forum posters who set their expectations too high. I certainly would not.

The series is successfully enough to warrent another Code Geass project. Thank you for saying that. And the staff does care about the fans. Otherwise, the series would not have been made.

...Series are not made by fans. They're made by producers and directors, and last I checked, Geass did not need a fan petition to get it up off the ground.

And, yes- it was probably successful enough to make another Geass product. But that doesn't mean they're fucking going to do it, ESPECIALLY when Lelouch's story is over!

Lelouch's story can be told in a alternate universe setting, as it was done to a lot of anime shows.
