I'm thinking about buying a laptop from Lenovo Outlet. Its a nice discount compared to list price and has a larger selection than buying off of eBay, but I've heard that they have crap service. Have any of you ordered anything from here, is it worth the trouble?

Lenovo's customer service in general is not that great, but I bought a Thinkpad T61 from the Outlet years ago and never had any problems with it. At least until it took sufficient falling damage to kill it.

I miss that laptop, it had a gorgeous high-resolution LCD.
