Thank you so much for this! The Infinity Timeline was the only bit of Remember11 information I couldn't read because of Never7 spoilers. Indeed, as was said, this new information finally made it reasonably possible to solve Remember11; the only thing lacking was a way to check if your answers are correct, and that's exactly what this list provides.

In 2006, Satoru learns of the Transcendental Will/The Universe/Self, which is generally completely rejected by science but is important in various forms of spirituality.
Although main Sayaka understands her situation, her alternate personalities do not. The personality that murdered her parents influences the mind of Inubushi Keiko (who is fucked up by herself, but not fucked up enough for a massacre like that) and causes the tragedy. When she is arrested, she voices her concerns about the fact that she does not have a physical existence - "Where is self?".
The re-appearance of Sayaka's murderous alternate personality and the fact that it's confused about its lack of physical existence confirms to Satoru that the Transcendental Will, Self, exists. He starts devising a plan to trap Sayaka's soul back into a physical body.
However, this is where new speculation combined with speculation I was very unsure about comes in, and the entire story becomes a clusterfuck of plans...

Anyways. The contents of the terabyte disk. It's exactly like Utsumi says: it contains EVERYTHING related to the entire story. Satoru was the first one to read it after receiving it from 2011 Yuni, and he restricts access to some of the information. He then changes his plans according to the disk's information. My theory is that rather than bringing Sayaka back to himself...he decides to go to where Sayaka is. From this point on, Satoru plans to become part of Self.
Summer 2011: Satoru builds the room where you cannot determine your own location, as was described on the disk, and uses it as the third transfer point.
January 2012: Satoru awaits the start of his plan which will allow him to become part of Self. Then, right before the first transfer happens...Satoru is pushed off the clock tower and very nearly dies, triggering a near-death experience, making his soul leave his body for a tiny amount of time.

It now exists in the room where one's location cannot be determined, and Satoru realizes that he is not bound to a physical location, but that he exists everywhere and at every time. Satoru becomes part of the Transcendental Will.
In January 2012, Satoru pushes himself off the clock tower right before the transfer, ensuring that he becomes freed from physical restraints. He then goes on to influence a random person at a random point in time (doesn't matter who or where or when) to write down everything he knows (considering he now sees everything, that's everything) regarding the incident and brings it into circulation. This information causes everything to happen as it does, causing the time loop.
The entire story is told from Self (Satoru)'s perspective. The choices during the game are Self influencing the characters. As for the character we know as 'Satoru' after the fall...

Satoru as we know him is just a completely new person with the memories of the original Satoru. He has remarked multiple times that it feels like the memories don't belong to him, as if they were memory implants...because it isn't his own memory.
This now also matches up with original Satoru's statement from the Plan Failed bad end: "Even though the memories of That Guy were transplanted into you, you understand nothing, even now..." New Satoru now has the memories of Original Satoru up until the point he became part of the Transcendental Will, so he should understand everything if only he accepted his memories.
Satoru's plan succeeds. The only reason the plan fails in the plan failed bad end isn't because Satoru doesn't become part of the Transcendental Will, but because the time loop isn't stable.
As for the re-encrypted information: There was some information that had to be kept a secret to ensure everything went as planned. Most notably, he re-encrypted the information on Enomoto's death, because people tend to refuse cooperation on plans that will lead to their death. Nothing in Satoru's plan was unexpected, not even Enomoto's death - after all, he had complete advance knowledge from the Terabyte Disk.

I now feel satisfaction in knowing that one of us has finally managed to explain the whole mystery behind Remember11, and now I can look back on it as a much more positive experience than I initially thought, knowing that the truth did exist out there, and that Nakazawa was right when he said that the timeline would help solve the game.

Thank you so much for this! The Infinity Timeline was the only bit of Remember11 information I couldn't read because of Never7 spoilers. Indeed, as was said, this new information finally made it reasonably possible to solve Remember11; the only thing lacking was a way to check if your answers are correct, and that's exactly what this list provides.
I am now convinced that my solution to most of Remember11 is correct. It also provides possible solutions to the parts I did not understand yet.

In 2001, due to Leiblich's fucked up experiments, Sayaka experiences complete ego death. Her soul leaves her body and becomes part of 'the universe', later referred to by Satoru as 'Self', an entity which is everything at every time at every place. Note that Sayaka did not die -- instead, the ""existence" of Sayaka is lost".

In 2006, Satoru learns of the Transcendental Will/The Universe/Self, which is generally completely rejected by science but is important in various forms of spirituality.
Although main Sayaka understands her situation, her alternate personalities do not. The personality that murdered her parents influences the mind of Inubushi Keiko (who is fucked up by herself, but not fucked up enough for a massacre like that) and causes the tragedy. When she is arrested, she voices her concerns about the fact that she does not have a physical existence - "Where is self?".
The re-appearance of Sayaka's murderous alternate personality and the fact that it's confused about its lack of physical existence confirms to Satoru that the Transcendental Will, Self, exists. He starts devising a plan to trap Sayaka's soul back into a physical body.
However, this is where new speculation combined with speculation I was very unsure about comes in, and the entire story becomes a clusterfuck of plans...

Utsumi: It's basically a collection of a huge amount of text files stored on the terabyte disk.
Satoru: A terabyte disk?

Anyways. The contents of the terabyte disk. It's exactly like Utsumi says: it contains EVERYTHING related to the entire story. Satoru was the first one to read it after receiving it from 2011 Yuni, and he restricts access to some of the information. He then changes his plans according to the disk's information. My theory is that rather than bringing Sayaka back to himself...he decides to go to where Sayaka is. From this point on, Satoru plans to become part of Self.
Summer 2011: Satoru builds the room where you cannot determine your own location, as was described on the disk, and uses it as the third transfer point.
January 2012: Satoru awaits the start of his plan which will allow him to become part of Self. Then, right before the first transfer happens...Satoru is pushed off the clock tower and very nearly dies, triggering a near-death experience, making his soul leave his body for a tiny amount of time.
Before I noticed, I was dancing in the air.

And I am swallowed by the pure-white world.

Then, all of a sudden, BAM! The transfer occurs! Satoru's temporarily released soul becomes separated from its body, and remains permanently freed. It now exists in the room where one's location cannot be determined, and Satoru realizes that he is not bound to a physical location, but that he exists everywhere and at every time. Satoru becomes part of the Transcendental Will.
In January 2012, Satoru pushes himself off the clock tower right before the transfer, ensuring that he becomes freed from physical restraints. He then goes on to influence a random person at a random point in time (doesn't matter who or where or when) to write down everything he knows (considering he now sees everything, that's everything) regarding the incident and brings it into circulation. This information causes everything to happen as it does, causing the time loop.
The entire story is told from Self (Satoru)'s perspective. The choices during the game are Self influencing the characters. As for the character we know as 'Satoru' after the fall...
Your condition certainly differs from typical amnesia.
And it's nothing I've ever seen before, so I really can't tell...

Satoru as we know him is just a completely new person with the memories of the original Satoru. He has remarked multiple times that it feels like the memories don't belong to him, as if they were memory implants...because it isn't his own memory.
This now also matches up with original Satoru's statement from the Plan Failed bad end: "Even though the memories of That Guy were transplanted into you, you understand nothing, even now..." New Satoru now has the memories of Original Satoru up until the point he became part of the Transcendental Will, so he should understand everything if only he accepted his memories.
Satoru's plan succeeds. The only reason the plan fails in the plan failed bad end isn't because Satoru doesn't become part of the Transcendental Will, but because the time loop isn't stable.
As for the re-encrypted information: There was some information that had to be kept a secret to ensure everything went as planned. Most notably, he re-encrypted the information on Enomoto's death, because people tend to refuse cooperation on plans that will lead to their death. Nothing in Satoru's plan was unexpected, not even Enomoto's death - after all, he had complete advance knowledge from the Terabyte Disk.
So wait, if that much is right, then I have a question.

First of all, it is never shown that Keiko actually does anything bad to the baby. She is being very creepy, but it's left up to the reader's imagination what actually happens.
Also, the only implication that she's even being creepy is a CG; it's never confirmed by narrative. It's therefore also possible that it's just a biased point of view; throughout the game you hear the voices the characters expect to hear (Satoru's voice even when he is in Kokoro's body, and vice-versa), and Satoru even explicitly mentions how Kokoro's hand looks like his own hand unless he actively pays attention to it.
That said, it's not impossible for Keiko to creepily hold a baby over a cliff. She herself isn't particularly aware of it, but she takes pleasure in trifling with her surroundings, often causing problems. --TIP 105, Inubushi Keiko
Although she won't just directly pick up a baby and throw it off a cliff, she is fucked up enough to do dangerous things just because she thinks it's fun (for a similar creepy event, see the part where she asks Satoru, "Which do you like, stabbing or being stabbed?"). Add to that that she loves attracting attention and hates being abandoned (see TIP 105 again), and it's not at all unreasonable for her to be playing with a baby over a cliff when left alone.
In other words, Keiko is not the kind of person to just kill somebody, but she won't hesitate to put lives in danger for fun.
Any idea what "Kagome, kagome" is about? Specifically, why is it sung by almost everyone?

b) experiment (he's a scientist, after all), or
c) find a way to lift himself up to "Self"'s level

Given that these story bits are official, every character is probably related to the main plot of R11 somehow, so your conclusion is certainly plausible.
Assuming that your conclusion is correct, Alice may have have received transplanted memories like Satoru... but unlike Satoru, she didn't lose all of her own memories. It's possible that her history is similar to Sayaka's so there's plenty of overlap, which would also explain why Sayaka killed her parents, as theory has it that childhood abuses increases the chances of DID.
Yuni was born in Oct 1999 and was 10 in Episode 4, which means he and Alice were at the hospital in 2009 (or maybe some time before Oct 2010). I wonder if it's the same hospital as the one where Inubushi went on a rampage in Jan 2009? Maybe Self's influence is extra-strong at that place.
