That sentence just made my day. Well, you know that sometimes artist need reference for their work, but I don’t think that this is something done very often anyways except for shows with good reputation like Gundam .- Though I’m pretty sure that those are the actual VA for the characters (Rie Kugimiya, Kei Shindo, Chiwa Saito and Yoko Honna) just posing for a photo (can't believe couldn't notice Kugimiya though, so I [was] wrong ).

Well that's Rie Kugimiya and Romi Paku in reality in case you ever need to know what they look like. Kugimiya's one of those people that looks nothing like she sounds in anime and in fact actually sounds nothing like she sounds in anime.
