I have to say Makoto is very philosophical in this OVA. He is much better than the TV show Makoto. He has taught us all a lesson in the beginning and the end. The ending was the best part of Makoto. He risked his own life to save Kokoro. I say we can all learn a lesson from the OVA version of Makoto Ito.

But really, the Makoto from this Kokoro-chan OVA is definitely a hell of a lot better than the TV Makoto. Imagine if everyone just got along in the end like at the end of this OVA.
